| Under the "made in China 2025" policy program,the Ministry of education has launched a number of policies to encourage secondary vocational schools to vigorously open the "3D printing" course to cultivate 3D printing technology professionals.3D printing technology is the product of the integration of mechanical engineering,electronic information,industrial design and other disciplines,while steam(Science,technology,engineering,arts,Mathematics)education philosophy emphasizes the comprehensive application of interdisciplinary,focusing on the cultivation of scientific inquiry ability,design innovation ability and engineering practice ability.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to integrate steam education concept into "3D printing" course in secondary vocational schools,improve classroom teaching effect,enhance students’ comprehensive quality,and meet the requirements of education reform.First of all,a large number of domestic and foreign literature on 3D printing course and steam education concept are consulted and analyzed to define the core concepts of3 D printing course and steam education concept.Then,it elaborates the situational learning theory,constructivism theory,learning by doing theory and engineering thought,as the theoretical basis for the construction of teaching mode.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and interview survey,we found that the students have some problems,such as stiff technical practice,weak engineering thinking,negative emotional attitude and so on.With the core advantages of steam education concept,we can provide solutions to the problems.Then,it expounds the integration conditions of steam education concept and 3D printing course in secondary vocational schools;takes interest,multidimensional,collaborative and project as the design principles of teaching mode;based on 5E Teaching Mode and combined with engineering design process,it constructs the middle school teaching mode based on steam education concept according to five elements of theoretical basis,teaching objectives,operation procedures,teaching evaluation and realization conditions The teaching mode of "3D printing" course.Finally,based on the teaching mode,three rounds of action research are carried out,including "pen holder design","mobile phone bracket design" and "hinge design",to carry out the overall planning of action research,to analyze students’ learning situation and to develop front-end design;to implement teaching according to the steps of making plan,action implementation,observation and analysis,reflection and adjustment;to carry out teaching according to classroom observation,learning evaluation,scale evaluation and students’ works Finally,the teaching effect is tested by the data of action research,and the effect of action research is evaluated.The results show that integrating steam education concept into 3D printing course in secondary vocational schools and constructing the teaching mode of 3D printing course based on steam education concept can consolidate students’ technical practice,strengthen students’ engineering thinking and improve students’ emotional attitude in the process of teaching implementation,and achieve certain classroom teaching effect.It is hoped that through this teaching research,it can provide some experience reference for the development of "3D printing" course in secondary vocational schools,and also lay a foundation for secondary vocational students to engage in 3D printing technology related work in the future. |
