| In January 2019,the State Council issued the "national vocational education reform implementation plan" and put forward the Reform Opinions of "deepening the training mode of compound technical talents".In February 2018,the general office of the CPC Central Committee issued the guiding opinions on promoting the reform of talent evaluation mechanism by classification,which made it clear that compound skilled talents should have the requirements of multiple abilities and wide fields.The cultivation of compound talents in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to conform to the reform and development of Vocational Education in the new era and to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with all-round development.Hubei Province is a big province of traditional industry.It’s time to adjust the industrial structure and update the technology.Hubei Province is a big province of education,and there are many higher vocational colleges.Cultivating a large number of compound talents with multiple abilities and outstanding quality is the basic project to realize "building a fulcrum and taking the lead" in Hubei Province.Based on Gardner’s multiple intelligence theory,human’s all-round development theory and quality-oriented education theory,this paper defines the concepts of talents,compound talents,technical skilled talents and higher vocational compound talents,analyzes the connotation differences between compound talents and general talents,higher vocational compound talents and technical skilled talents,and makes it clear that higher vocational compound talents have two or more skills.The connotation characteristics of compound talents in higher vocational colleges include wide area knowledge,professional character,stable and cooperative organization ability and flexible and outstanding innovation ability.In this study,403 questionnaires were distributed to seven Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei Province.It is found that there are some problems in the cultivation of compound talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei Province,such as the lack of compound talents cultivation concept,the lack of compound talents cultivation path,the lag of compound talents growth environment and the neglect of campus construction.Foreign vocational education developed countries cultivate students’ diversified abilities through the realization of deep mutual agreement between training concept and character shaping,coupling drive of teaching management and ability training,close connection of education mechanism and social elements,and the complementarity of environmental construction and quality education.Based on the practical problems of this survey,combined with foreign experience and the connotation characteristics of compound talents in higher vocational colleges,it is analyzed that the training of compound talents in higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province needs to broaden the knowledge breadth of compound talents in multiple dimensions and deepen the training of compound talents.In order to create a characteristic compound professional group,lead the comprehensive development of students with high-quality teachers;promote the character development of compound talents from multiple perspectives,establish a clear concept of compound talent training,and absorb the theoretical essence of quality education;cultivate compound talents in multiple aspects The professional spirit of talents,first of all,we must pay attention to the absorption and classification of student sources,and secondly,strengthen the career guidance of students,and build a system guarantee for the training of compound talents;build a field of compound talent development in multiple fields,from the spiritual culture,material culture and system of the campus Promote the three aspects of culture. |
