A Study On The Management Mechanism Of The Tour Activities Of "Reading The Red Letter And Telling The Heroic Stories" In Universities Of Jiangxi Province

As an old revolutionary base area,Jiangxi province has rich red cultural resources.Many former residences of revolutionary leaders and sites of red regime are located in Jiangxi province.When creating the "four one" red culture and education system,we should fully develop and utilize these red resources."A textbook,a group of bases,a performance and a series of red tours" are the main contents of the "four one" of the red culture and education system.In addition,in 2018,Jiangxi was listed by the ministry of education as a pilot project of "three-dimensional classroom" for ideological and political education.Therefore,Jiangxi started the tour project of "reading the red letter telling stories of the hero" for colleges in Jiangxi province,giving full play to the education function of red culture.As a political education project,the red letter tour project is highly innovative in the way and method.It transforms students from recipients of the course to participants of the course,arouses students’ creativity and initiative,and enables students to act as both audiences and performers throughout the activity.The red letter tour also uses competition to select programs,which increases the interest and enthusiasm of students to become participants.The students put great enthusiasm into the process of creation and performance,and they used a variety of ways to interpret the letters left by the heroes.Whether it is comic books,songs and dances,or sitcoms,their existence makes the image of the heroes and martyrs more three-dimensional,more realistic.In the research,I adopts literature research method and interdisciplinary research method to conduct a comprehensive search,analysis and research on relevant literature materials,and uses case study method and interview method to conduct field research and interview,so as to make the data more authentic and credible through field research.In colleges and universities in Jiangxi province "reading the red letter and telling the story of the hero" tour activity management mechanism of investigation and analysis,can find the "reading the red letter and telling the story of the hero" tour activities operation mode is based on the government decision-making system,in order to further promote the ideological and political education work,for the purpose of innovation mainly by means of scenario performance management mechanism.This paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction of the paper,which mainly introduces the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on the topic selected in this paper,as well as my preparatory work before writing the paper.Second part into the detailed part of this topic,first expounded the "looking back eventful and reading the beginner’s mind-Jiangxi province colleges and universities’ ’reading the red letter and telling stories of the hero’red tour " of the related concepts and theoretical basis,mainly in red letters and performing the activities of the project management of related concepts discussed in this paper,introduces the background and status quo of Jiangxi red letters tour activities.The third part analyzes the specific cases of the red letter tour activities,respectively from the overall situation of the event,the event planning and the content of the specific analysis,in order to make the specific case of the tour activities more clear.The fourth part is red letters tour project management mechanism research,respectively from the activities of the management system,rehearsals and performances,staffs management,capital security,propaganda and the performance of project project copyright issues conducted in-depth research,finally the author through the interview method,understand the teachers and students in colleges and universities and social media for specific tour event evaluation.The fifth part is the author through the activity of some specific thinking.The last part is the summary part,which is the summary made by the author after the activity,the research of the topic and the writing of the paper.Through analysis and research,I found that the red letter tour project not only helps Jiangxi province to build its own cultural brand,but also contributes to the inheritance of red culture and the further development of music and art culture.Therefore,through the study on the management mechanism of the tour of "reading the red letter and telling stories of the hero" in colleges and universities in Jiangxi province,this paper aims to explore its positive role in the inheritance of red culture,so as to provide new ideas for the further development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the future.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the development of tour activities in other regions,so as to explore a better direction.
