| The learning quality of international students in China is an important part of China’s international education.It is not only the focus of international education,but also one of the hotspots of psychology research to pay attention to the factors that affect the learning burnout of international students and ensure the training quality.As a stable psychological state,psychological capital is a kind of non scarce resources with positive guidance and renewable.It is regarded as a new type of strategic resource that can be developed and can maintain the competitive advantage of talents for a long time.The investment and development of psychological capital is the foundation and motive force for individuals to create competitive advantages.Improving the level of individual psychological capital can make individuals still have enough confidence in themselves when they encounter learning or life difficulties,believe that they can overcome difficulties,not easily abandon themselves,and can recover and grow from setbacks and difficulties,and continue to strive forward.Learning engagement is an individual’s belief and attitude towards learning value,which influences individual’s learning attitude and behavior in the way of self-restraint.Learning engagement is an important self-restraint force for students,while psychological capital is an internal psychological variable to promote their learning engagement.There is interaction between them to a certain extent.Cultural novelty refers to the degree of difference between the native culture and the culture of the country where they live.The improvement of cultural novelty is to enhance their tolerance to foreign culture,generate a sense of belonging in the process of identifying foreign culture,and will adopt a positive and optimistic attitude to adapt to the environment and overcome difficulties when they encounter learning difficulties,thus weakening their study fatigue A sense of laziness.Emotion management is a process of recognizing,monitoring and controlling self emotion and creating positive emotion to adapt to external situation.By controlling and regulating emotions,cultivating positive cognition and forming a positive philosophy of life will help to improve the level of psychological capital and promote students’ learning engagement.In order to understand the influence mechanism of overseas students’ Psychological Capital on learning burnout,and the different roles of learning engagement,cultural novelty and emotional management,this study used five kinds of questionnaires to send400 online questionnaires and retrieve 346 questionnaires.The data were analyzed by general statistics,demographic variables and correlation The results showed that:(1)There are some individual differences in psychological capital,learning burnout,learning engagement,cultural novelty and emotional management among overseas students.(2)The higher the level of psychological capital,the lower the degree of learning burnout.(3)The higher the level of psychological capital,the higher the degree of learning investment.(4)The higher the degree of learning engagement,the lower the degree of learning burnout.(5)Learning engagement partially mediates the relationship between psychological capital and learning burnout.(6)Cultural novelty negatively moderates the relationship between psychological capital and learning burnout.The stronger the cultural novelty,the stronger the negative impact of psychological capital on learning burnout.(7)Emotional management has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and learning engagement.The stronger the ability of emotional management,the stronger the positive impact of psychological capital on learning engagement. |
