With the rapid development of economic globalization,the wide application of new media technology and the rise of various social trends of thought,the education of patriotism in our country poses a threat.As one of the important links of patriotism education,the cultivation of national feelings is helpful to achieve good results in patriotism education.It is the original intention of this topic to cultivate and promote the development of patriotism education with national feelings.The Ministry of Education points out in the Guidance Outline of Improving Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture Education that the education of national feelings should be regarded as an important content of patriotic education to promote young students to develop good moral qualities and promote the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor of young students.The publication of this document illustrates the importance of nationalistic education.New era college students faced with various risks and challenges,the feelings will be the country education into the education activities,education in colleges to cultivate the new era of college students’ home countries feelings,strengthen new era college students patriotic emotion,make it grow into useful talents to the country and the society,to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 fully demonstrated the outstanding quality of the Chinese people’s feelings for the motherland.The whole country has worked together and pooled its strength to make a contribution to overcoming difficulties.China’s performance in fighting COVID-19 has been impressive,both in terms of prevention and control of the epidemic and in terms of medical treatment.As the hope and future of our country,college students should shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Cultivate college students’ national feelings,and encourage college students in the new era to turn their patriotism and dedication to the country into concrete practical actions,so as to contribute to the development of the motherland and the future of the nation.On many important occasions,General Secretary Xi Jinping has called on the whole society to promote the patriotism of the Chinese nation,attach importance to the exploration of the patriotism of heroes,so that it can form a good atmosphere in the whole society and gather strength for the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,in recent years,the issue of nationalistic feelings has become a heated discussion among many experts and scholars,and some research results have been achieved.However,there are relatively few achievements on the cultivation of college students’ national feelings in the new era,and the research on the existing problems in the cultivation of college students’ national feelings and the countermeasures for the cultivation of college students’ national feelings are not sufficient.The cultivation of college students’ feelings of home and country in the new era is conducive to achieving good results in the cultivation of moral education in colleges and universities,and is conducive to promoting college students to grow into new people of the era who take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Under the new era,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the cultivation of college students’ national feelings and explore the countermeasures for the cultivation of college students’ and country in the new era.Depth analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the feelings,make clear the relation between "home" and "country",clear feelings "home country" and "patriotic education" of the differences and relations,to grasp the feelings "home country" and "national identity" relationship,and to clarify the new era college students’ home countries feelings is to cultivate the basic connotation,basic features.The second part: elaborates the theoretical basis and practical significance of cultivating college students’ patriotism in the new era.It lays a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of college students’ national feelings in the new era,and makes clear the importance of the cultivation of college students’ national feelings in the new era.The third part: the investigation and analysis of the current situation of cultivating college students’ nationalistic feelings.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of cultivating national feelings among college students in some colleges and universities in Guangxi,finds out the existing problems in cultivating national feelings among college students in the new era,and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems.The fourth part: put forward targeted countermeasures to cultivate college students’ feelings of home and country.From the theoretical basis,the actual situation in the investigation and research as well as experts’ views on the cultivation of college students’ national feelings,this paper explores the effective countermeasures for the cultivation of college students’ national feelings in the new era.
