| As the foundation of basic education,preschool education has received more and more attention from the state and government.The promulgation of the "National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" has taken the reform and development of preschool education to a new level.The great importance of all sectors of society on the reform and development of preschool education also reflects from another perspective that there are still many problems that need to be solved in preschool education in my country,one of which is the imbalance of the gender ratio of kindergarten teachers.In recent years,the number of male teachers in kindergartens has gradually increased,but they often have been employed in kindergartens for a short period of time,resulting in job-hopping and resignation.This research is based on thinking about this phenomenon,using a qualitative case study method,and selecting a male kindergarten teacher who has been teaching for 20 years and who is not a preschool education major and who will not leave the job in the future.The subject goes deep into the context of its education and teaching.Through interviews,observations,data collection and other methods,teachers L’s "preschool education encounter","preschool education exploration",and "preschool education love" are presented in the course of time.,"The firmness of preschool education" and "Preschool education’s mutual respect" five stages of professional growth stories,through the analysis of the story to explore the factors of the professional growth of kindergarten male teachers,and finally get the inspiration and thinking of the professional growth of kindergarten male teachers,hoping to be able to The professional growth of male preschool education majors in the field of preschool education and male teachers working in kindergartens is helpful and inspiring.This study found that the main factors affecting the professional growth of L teachers are personal development motivation factors,kindergarten management factors and family factors.The personal development motivation factors include:personal education beliefs,good personality characteristics,hard-working learning attitude,solid and stable professional skills,among which personal education beliefs are the most important personal development motivation factors that affect the professional growth of L teachers,even today While the society still has deviations in the perception of male kindergarten teachers,Teacher L has always been full of love and belief in education,and sticks to the field of preschool education.Kindergarten management factors include: the principal’s training philosophy for kindergarten teachers,the principal’s cultivating philosophy for male teachers,the kindergarten’s "humanized" management system,the kindergarten fully provides a "stage" for male teachers,the management of the kindergarten and the principal’s attitude towards L The care and special training of teachers is an important way to promote the professional growth of L teachers,and it makes him firm in the field of early childhood education to work hard and give full play to his own value.At the same time,the family factors that affect the professional growth of L teachers include:parents’ recognition and encouragement,lover’s support and understanding,relatives’ approval and support,parents and lover’s support provide a strong backing for the L teacher’s professional growth.On the road of development,full care and strength were given.Finally,based on the factors that affect the professional growth of L teachers,the author has gained enlightenment from five aspects of the professional growth of kindergarten male teachers.They are: kindergarten male teachers have the courage to be dream-catchers in the new era,kindergartens provide a wider range of fertile ground,families provide adequate understanding and support,normal schools adjust corresponding skills courses,and relevant policies improve the training program for kindergarten male teachers.It is hoped that this research can be helpful to the further improvement of the professional growth of male teachers in kindergartens.At the same time,it is also hoped that it can provide a reference for the professional growth of boys who will enter kindergarten education. |
