| The Ministry of Education of the CPC issued the “Outline for the Implementation of the Project to Improve the Quality of Ideological and Political Work in Universities”,which requires the construction of the top ten education systems and proposes“Educating People with Culture”.This requirement points out the direction and goal for the construction of university campus culture.School motto,as the root and soul of campus culture,is not only the high conciseness of a school ‘s goals,philosophy and characteristics,but also a concentrated expression of the spirit,school spirit,teaching style and learning style inherited by a school,and it can also reflect the basic code of conduct and ethics that teachers and students abide by.In this sense,an extremely important aspect of cultivating the spirit of the university,especially the practice of "Educating People with Culture",is fully reflect the basic position of school motto in cultural education,and give full play to the unique and irreplaceable role of school motto in cultural education.The school motto culture has a long history.It can be long-lasting in the long history of history and culture,and must have its unique charm.The university motto is the condensation of school culture and the manifestation of the inherent value of education.The author used a network questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey on 10 universities with different characteristics in Chongqing,and studied the status quo and existing problems of the function of school motto educating people through specific practical situations,with a view to proposing effective countermeasures to improve the educating role of school motto.The research of this paper is mainly divided into the following six parts:The first chapter is an introduction.This chapter selects the basis for the research on the function and role of the training of large schools.The significance of the topic selection and the research methods are explained in detail.At the same time,the relevant research on this issue at home and abroad is summarized and the research difficulties and innovations of this article are proposed.The second chapter is an overview of university motto,systematically elaborating the origin of university motto,the evolution of university motto,and the basic functions and features of university motto,and analyzing the relationship between university motto and related concepts.,Which will help to analyze its educational function later.The third chapter is the education function of college motto.This chapter analyzes the theoretical basis of the education function of college motto,and then elaborate on the education function of college motto.The fourth chapter is based on the practical exploration of the educational function of university motto in Chongqing.In this part,a questionnaire survey is conducted on the present situation of the motto of the educational functions of 10 universities in Chongqing.The investigation results are explained and analyzed in detail,aiming to provide reliable data for the following research.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the problems and causes of the function of the university ’s disciplinary.Based on the survey results of the previous chapter,this part elaborate on the current main problems of the university ’s motto and in-depth analysis of the causes Find out effective countermeasures to improve the function of training people in universities.The content of the sixth chapter is to improve the role of the school motto and educate people,from the following four aspects: "Adhere to the traditional essence and fit the spirit of the times,and advance with the times to enrich the connotation of school motto Education;paying equal attention to tangible display and invisible communication,and constantly expanding the carrier of school motto;emphasizing demonstration and integration into daily life,combining points with all aspects to enhance the effectiveness of school motto Education;system optimization and branding,giving equal attention to improving the quality of school motto Education ”... |
