| Resilience is important to bravely face trauma and tragedy,tide over difficulties smoothly,and return to normal.Psychological flexibility can help students better cope with test pressure and growth challenges.Mental health is indispensable for the growth and life of an individual.Only healthy individuals are more likely to overcome obstacles and ride the waves.For high school students,having a healthy psychology is very necessary for their growth and learning.So,we have to attention to mental health.Improving RES can effectively improve one’s own emotional state and avoid the adverse effects of extreme bad emotions on self-development.High school students are very special,and they are facing more pressure and problems.If they are not resolved,they will cause great troubles.Therefore,we should attention to the mental health,improve flexibility and RES of high school students,and design professional intervention programs.This research aims to use test to study the situation and relationships of students’ flexibility,mental health and RES,and to construct an intermediary model with RES as an intermediary.Then design group counseling intervention to enrich school mental health intervention programs.Research one uses the questionnaire to test 600 high school students to illustrate the relationship between mental resilience,mental health and RES.Study two uses group intervene in the RES of students and enriches the school’s mental health program.The results of the study are:(1)Among high school students’ resilience and mental health,there is negative correlation.(2)In the high school group,the RES score follow the psychological resilience score rise,and there is positive correlation between the two.(3)Among high school students,the mental health score follow the RES score rise and fall,and there is negative correlation.(4)Among high school students,RES is mediating variables in the influence of mental resilience on mental health,verifying the mediation effect model hypothesis.(5)RES group intervention is positive on students’ RES and mental health. |
