Abstract/Summary:
Young teachers are a new force in local universities,an important par t of the construction of excellent teachers,a basic guarantee to improve the quality of talent training in local universities,and an important cornerstone to promote the high-quality development of local higher education.Therefore,how to improve the pr ofessional development level of young teachers is a key problem that needs to be solved by local universities in Liaoning Province.This paper uses literature research method,interview method,questionna ire survey method and statistical analysis method to investigate the professio nal development of young teachers in local colleges and universities.This paper consists of five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction.Starting with the background and significance of the topic,it collects relevant literature and data through literature analysis,and summarizes and analyzes the research situation of the profess ional development of young teachers at home and abroad and related fields.The second chapter is the definition of the concept and related theoretical basis.Firstly,the three core concepts of "local colleges and universities","young teachers" and "teache r professional development" are clarified,and the paper is studied by referring to Maslow’s "hierarchy of needs theory",teacher development stage theory and life-long education theory.The third chapter is the design and implementation of the questionnaire on the status quo of the professional development of young teachers in local universities.Through literature research and interview research,the author independently compiled the Questionnaire on the Professional Development of Young Teachers in Local Universities,and collected the data and information on the professional development of young teachers in two local universities in Liaoning Province.The fourth chapter is the local young university teachers’ professional development survey and analysis,on the basis of questionnaire and interview data,through spss21.0 software,using the correlation and difference analysis data,summarizes the local young university t eachers’ professional development present situation,and expounded from the Angle of the micro,meso and macro problems that exist in the local young university teachers’ professional development.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions fo r the professional development of young teachers in local colleges and universities.On the basis of the above research and analysis,this paper puts forward a "trini ty" path of professional development for young teachers,including individual teachers,un iversities,government and society.The research shows that the professional development level of young t eachers in local colleges and universities is not high,and there are obvious group differences,and the professional development status of young teach ers with different ages,teaching years,incomes,professional titles and educational backgrounds is diff erent.Young teachers lack professional development consciousness and lack of development drive;College organization and society lack of good professi onal development support environment.To construct the "trinity" path of professional development for young teachers,which includes individual teachers,universities,government and society,fully stimulates the driving force of professional development o f teachers,urges universities to perfect the platform and system for professional development of teachers,and gives full play to the government and social forces to guarantee the professional development of young teachers.
