In recent years,my country’s marathon has developed rapidly.Wuhan Marathon has been received by many "horses" enthusiasts since the first game,how to do the event services better worth research,this article passes the literature information method,interview method,Mathematical Act,Questionnaire Survey and Logic Analytics Combined with the ACSI US Customer Satisfaction Index Model to study the satisfaction of Wuhan Marathon Party Athletes Satisfaction Satisfaction:(1)This study found the preliminary model of Wuhan Marathon’s participating athletes in Wuhan Marathon,which was established in accordance with the ACSI US Customer Satisfaction Theory and Related Theory.The measurement and structure validity of the exploratory and verification factor analysis test amount is verified by the factor analysis,and the structure is validated in this paper.(2)This study analyzes the questionnaire data to obtain the highest satisfaction of the competition satisfaction in the eight dimensions of Wuhan Marathon in 2019,the highest satisfaction of the event complained to the event,indicating that the event Participants are highly satisfied with the overall competition of Wuhan Marathon.(3)This study is obviously unbalanced in the participating athletes,and the proportion of men and women is obviously uneven;the age is a young man,the cultural level is generally higher;the medium-high-income people are mainly;the occupation is more in enterprises and students.And from gender,age,group and athlete level and athlete’s different perspective analysis of different perspectives,there are great differences.(4)The following suggestions are proposed: to maintain a good image,build a characteristic brand event;pay close attention to female athletes,create a warm event platform;pay attention to the difference in satisfaction of different characteristics athletes,pay attention to all-round improvement of the service level;timely solve the athlete to complain.
