With the improvement of social living standards and the popularization of mobile phones and other electronic devices,the lack of physical activity of college students has become a significant trend,which leads to the continuous decline of College Students' physical fitness.In order to slow down and reverse this trend.In 2016,Jiangsu Province issued "Jiangsu Province college students physical fitness assessment guidance standard(Trial)"(hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Province physical fitness assessment standard"),through testing three indicators of cardiopulmonary endurance,muscle strength and muscle endurance,consciously guide students to improve their physical health level by physical exercise.But at present,the research on the teaching effect of "provincial physical fitness assessment standard" is relatively rare.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,teaching experiment and other specific research methods,this paper takes Nanjing city Career Academy(hereinafter referred to as Nancheng College)as a case,integrates "provincial physical fitness assessment standard" in the process of physical education teaching,changes in students' physical fitness test data and interest in physical education before and after the implementation,as well as changes in teachers and students' physical fitness assessment This paper analyzes the recognition degree of "standard" and evaluates the empirical effect of "provincial physical fitness assessment standard",and provides certain basis for the optimization of physical education teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The provincial physical fitness assessment standard can effectively stimulate college students' interest in sports learning and achieve good teaching results,which is conducive to the cultivation of College Students' lifelong sports awareness.(2)"Provincial physical fitness assessment standard" can improve students' physical quality and significantly improve their cardiopulmonary endurance,vital capacity and flexibility(3)The test index of "provincial physical fitness assessment standard" is more reasonable,students' interest in sports is improved,and physical education teachers and students have a higher recognition of the "provincial physical fitness assessment standard".
