| As an important part of track and field,the long jump is a compulsory course for students in sports colleges and universities.How to master the complete long jump technique and improve the performance effectively in the limited class hours is a problem that has been existed for a long time in the teaching of long jump.Therefore,this study integrates functional training into the teaching of long jump,and improves students’ special quality,athletic ability and athletic performance through the participation of functional training.It provides reference for the teaching method of long jump in the future.This article through the literature material law,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey research methods,such as functional training for standing long jump performance as the research object,the influence of selecting wuhan sports college basketball class track and field’s repair of grade 2020 special 30 boys two classes as experimental object,is divided into the experimental group and control group,The experimental group and the control group each had 15 people.Before the experiment,functional motor screening(FMS)test and specific quality index test were carried out for boys in the two groups to ensure that their athletic ability was basically the same before the experiment.The teaching content of the experimental group was determined by motion screening.Functional training was used in the experimental group and conventional teaching method was used in the control group.After 6 weeks of teaching of stand up long jump,the index changes of long jump performance after experiment were analyzed from four aspects:Results :(1)T-test results of independent samples showed that after the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in various indicators of special quality(P > 0.05),but the scores of physical fitness indicators were improved.(2)After 6 weeks of functional training,functional motor screening(FMS)showed significant differences in shoulder flexibility and lower limb stability between the two groups(P < 0.05).(3)In the functional training group,there were significant differences in the scores after the 6th week of training compared with those before the implementation(P < 0.05).(4)After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the long jump(P < 0.05).After 6 weeks teaching experiment with traditional training method,the results of long jump were also significantly different before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).Research conclusions :(1)Functional training has a positive effect on the improvement of students’ physical fitness,athletic ability and functional motor test.(2)After the experiment,the flexibility of shoulder joint and the stability of lower limbs in the experimental group were significantly different,which increased synchronically with the performance of long jump,indicating that the two groups of movements are the key link in the teaching of upright long jump.(3)The teaching content of functional training is significantly different from that of conventional long jump teaching in improving students’ performance in long jump. |
