The concept of "physical literacy" originated in the United Kingdom.Foreign scholars believe that the concept has a profound impact on school physical education and is closely related to the physical health of young children."Physical literacy" is a kind of motivation,confidence,physical ability and knowledge understanding needed to participate in physical activities.It is divided into four dimensions: physical ability,daily behavior,knowledge understanding,motivation and confidence.In August 2019,the general office of the State Council issued the "outline for building a powerful sports country",which mentioned that "promoting teenagers to improve their physical quality and develop a healthy lifestyle is an important part of school physical education." This idea is regarded by the State Council as the cornerstone of building a sports power.Therefore,to build a sports power,we can’t do without the research on the concept of "physical literacy".The club training mode is a training mode advocated by the State General Administration of sports,and it is an important carrier of students’ after-school training.Therefore,this paper starts from the perspective of physical literacy,combined with club training,This paper explores the influence of this mode on children’s physical literacy,and hopes that under the training of club mode,students’ physical literacy can be improved to a certain extent,laying a solid foundation for the road of sports power.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.Taking capl2 as the measurement tool,30 children aged 11-12 in primary school affiliated to Yeshi primary school in Daye City were selected.The experimental group received Club tennis training,while the control group received school physical education,Finally,the club tennis training and school physical education to promote the comparison of students’ physical quality.The results show that:(1)there is a significant difference in the physical literacy of the experimental group before and after the experiment,and the scores of physical ability,daily behavior,knowledge understanding,motivation and confidence have been significantly improved.(2)In the dimension of physical ability,there is a significant difference in the indicators of flat support and obstacle running,and the score has been significantly improved,but there is no difference in the indicators of turn back running.In the daily behavior,the average daily step index has significant difference,and the score has been significantly improved.In the weekly MVPA participation index,there is no difference.There were significant differences in knowledge understanding and motivation confidence,and the scores were significantly improved.(3)The results show that there are significant differences in the three dimensions of physical ability,daily behavior and motivation confidence between the experimental group and the control group.The growth rate of the experimental group is greater than that of the control group,and the most significant one is motivation confidence.There was no significant difference in the dimension of knowledge understanding between the two groups.The results show that:(1)Club Tennis Training and school physical education all promote the physical literacy of the three boys,but for the school physical education,the level three boys’ endurance of running back and the number of high intensity activities in the participation,there is not much improvement.(2)The increase of Club Tennis Training on the physical ability dimension,daily behavior dimension,motivation and confidence dimension of the three boys is significantly higher than that of school physical education,especially in the dimension of motivation and confidence,which is far more than the promotion brought by school physical education.However,there is no significant difference between the two groups in the growth of knowledge understanding dimension.The knowledge understanding brought by school physical education is slightly higher than that of club tennis training. |
