| It is a trend of the world higher education development that students participate in the internal quality assessment of higher education.As the most important stakeholders in the internal quality assessment of higher education in Europe,students should participate in the internal quality assessment of higher education.So far,European countries have carried out student participation to evaluate the internal quality of higher education,forming a relatively complete student participation mechanism.In contrast,in China’s internal education quality assessment process,the participation of students is relatively low,and most participants are basically teachers and evaluation experts.By exploring the mechanism of student participation in the internal quality assessment of higher education in Europe,this study provides some references for Chinese students to participate in the internal quality assessment of higher education.This study European higher education quality evaluation for middle school students to participate in internal mechanism as the research object,the systematic analysis of European higher education quality evaluation for middle school students to participate in the internal mechanism of the development course,summarized the characteristics of the students to participate in internal quality evaluation,through the case analysis to explore the internal quality of European higher education evaluation mechanism of middle school students to participate in the development of the situation,and then explore the students take part in the internal quality of European higher education assessment in controversy,to grasp the student participation mechanism of merit,for our country’s higher education quality evaluation for middle school students to participate in internal mechanism provides the theory basis,provide practical guidance for the development of student participation mechanism.This study in the first place in the second part is the internal quality of European higher education evaluation mechanism of middle school students to participate in the development of data collection found students before and after the bologna process change is most obvious,when the student participation mechanism is divided into the bologna process,a former student participation mechanism of the state and the change in mechanism of students to participate in after the bologna process.The Bologna process was divided into two time nodes: medieval universities in Western Europe;The early days of European integration.The development and changes of students after the Bologna Process are mainly reflected in the following three aspects: giving students more rights to participate;Students will be included in quality assurance institutions at all levels;Give full play to the role of student organizations.The third part is about the characteristics of the mechanism of student participation in the internal quality assessment of European higher education.First,we should attach importance to the participation of multiple subjects.Second,to provide a perfect evaluation system.Third,attach importance to the role of student organization.To grasp the characteristics of high school students’ participation mechanism in the internal quality assessment of European higher education and provide theoretical support for this study.The fourth part is a case study of middle school students’ participation in the internal quality assessment of higher education in Dresden Technical University.A comparative study of the development of student participation mechanism in the internal quality assessment of higher education in Europe and a case study of Dresden Technical University.The study analyzes student participation from three perspectives: the regulation and organization of students’ participation in the internal quality assessment of colleges and universities,the ways and ways of students’ participation in the internal quality assessment of colleges and universities,and the roles and functions of students’ participation in the internal quality assessment of colleges and universities.The fifth part is put forward the internal quality of European higher education evaluation mechanism of middle school students to participate in the development of some controversy,such as the internal quality of European higher education evaluation of middle school students to participate in the evaluation of security mechanism,to participate in the evaluation of time and energy,participate in the scope of assessment,students need to take part in the internal quality of higher education evaluation continuously perfect.Based on the above research,aiming at the current situation and problems of student participation in China and drawing lessons from the redeemed points of student participation in the internal quality assessment of higher education in Europe,the following suggestions are drawn: for the government,it is necessary to improve the legal system to guarantee student participation.For schools,we should ensure the participation of multiple subjects and establish quality culture.For students,enhance their awareness of participation and enhance their ability. |
