The realization of the individual enjoyment function of education is not only a requirement for cultivating "people",but also the key to the ultimate realization of freedom and happiness.The knowledge and understanding of individual enjoyment function is not only related to the nature,but also connected to the meaning of human life.However,as a carrier and actor of the intrinsic value of education and human being,the individual enjoyment function of education lacks attention in theoretical research,and have to faces the influence of external utilitarian factors in practice.Today,when the material life is extremely rich and the spiritual needs to be replaced rapidly,in such material and spiritual life,realizing the individual’s value and meaning has become an important subject of education,as same as the study of the function of individual enjoyment.As a result,this article has carried out a targeted investigation,there are some main results are as follows:First of all,this study explores the formation and development of individual enjoyment function from the perspective of education,human and society,and then discuss the logic of existence of individual enjoyment function.On the one hand,the progress of human civilization determines the emergence and development of education,as well as the external needs of people to receive education.The unfinished and generative nature of people means that education can expand people from limited physiological growth to unlimited Spiritual growth,this kind of double life of people determines the inner need for education.On the other hand,through the exploration of the accessibility of the content,process and purpose of education,the structure and form of education elaborated on the connotation and function of education originating from and serving people’s needs.It reveals the reason that education need to meet individual needs and realize individual enjoyment.Secondly,this research conducts an in-depth analysis of the individual enjoyment function and constructs a theoretical system for the individual enjoyment function.Through the analysis of the concepts of enjoyment and enjoyment,this research establishes that enjoyment is a subjective and procedural existence,rather than a static and isolated resultant existence.Educational enjoyment is the spiritual satisfaction that education brings to individuals.Educational enjoyment is often accompanied by the characteristics of individuals receiving education and then self-realization.At the same time,combined with the concept and meaning of function,this research enriches the connotation and meaning of the individual enjoyment function:the individual enjoyment function of education is realized by the subjectivity of the person,and the individual enjoyment function is the unity of"enjoyment"and"use",which can constantly promote Individuals to pursue higher freedom and happiness.While education enables the subject to obtain spiritual enjoyment,it also has the effect of continuously stimulating the development of the subject.Furthermore,this research explains the dilemma of the realization of individual enjoyment function from four aspects: historical tradition,social reality,theoretical understanding and institutional background.In the historical tradition,education has almost completely become a means of social governance.The main value of education is still concentrated on the social level,and insufficient attention has been paid to the internal needs of individuals;in social reality,the rapid development of science and technology has led to a comprehensive instrumental rationality.In modern society,value rationality and tool rationality are gradually unbalanced,and the utilitarianization of education has become increasingly obvious.In terms of theoretical understanding,excessive implementation of education in accordance with social needs will often cultivate one-dimensional man,which make enjoyment becomes a tool to achieve the purpose of gaining benefits,the usefulness of education has become utilitarian;in the context of the system,the score doctrine brought by the test-oriented education system has become the most powerful evaluation indicator for people,and the value and meaning of people are scored and The selection mechanism behind the score is controlled,and the top-down education management system further compresses the space for individual subjectivity.Finally,this study puts forward specific suggestions for individual enjoyment function to get rid of the predicament.First,make a good arrangement of enjoyment in the top-level design of educational system.From a horizontal point of view,establish a multi-level and diversified student evaluation system;from a vertical point of view,reform and improve the one-way examination and selection mechanism.Second,pay attention to the subjective development of educational objects in the education process.On the one hand,school education should treat the educational object as an active,dynamic,and creative subject,rather than a pure passive object for training.On the other hand,properly handle the dual-subject relationship between educators and educational objects,and establish a "otherness" teacher-student relationship with the responsibility to the other as the core.Third,integrate aesthetics into educational practice.The non-utilitarianism of aesthetics can help overcome the disadvantages of mediocre education and boring education,so that the educated can be immersed in aesthetic pleasure and obtain a unique emotional experience above knowledge.Fourth,the pursuit of a certain degree of transcendence in the purpose of education.The purpose of education is not to "possess" knowledge and abilities.What education gives people is not an existence like the ultimate truth.It always pursues continuous self-transcendence,continuous generation and creation.
