General Secretary Xi Jinping made a profound discussion on the goal of school physical education at the 2018 National Education Conference: “We should establish the education concept of health first,set up enough physical education classes,help students enjoy fun in physical exercise,enhance their physique,improve their personality,and temper their will”.the college physical curriculum not only shoulders the responsibility of improving the physical health of the university,but also undertakes the important mission of ideological and moral education and healthy personality cultivation.The individual enjoyment function of college physical education is the essence of the individual function of physical education,which shows that individuals realize some spiritual needs and desires,and experience satisfaction,joy,happiness,and get spiritual enjoyment.At present,the sports value concept of “people-oriented” has already penetrated into all aspects of college sports life.The diversified needs of college students for sports are on longer limited to the simple level of fitness,but also include the need to enjoy sports,self-development and sports culture.From the current research at home and abroad,college physical education generally attaches importance to the utilitarian teaching effect,ignoring the original social function and moral education function of physical education,and individual enjoyment function of physical education is difficult to be known.The lack of individual enjoyment function of sports will seriously affect students’ active participation in sports activities inside and outside the school,and then lead to the decline of students’ physical health level.The purpose of studying the realization of individual enjoyment function of college physical education is to explore how to make the educational objects have the attitude and behavior of consciously,voluntarily,autonomously and happily accepting physical activities in the process of physical education teaching,and to guide students to establish the consciousness of healthy physical education and lifelong physical education.In order to reveal the problems existing in the individual enjoyment function of college sports,the research adopts the method of questionnaire survey,literature,Delphi method and other research methods to study and explore the individual enjoyment function of college sports and its realization path,The Delphi method is used to construct the functional index system for individual enjoyment of college sports,and finally a first-level index evaluation system is formed based on physical activity enjoyment,pursuit of free enjoyment,improvement of aesthetic enjoyment and healthy life enjoyment.Function index evaluation system,using the questionnaire survey method to randomly investigate the attitude and current situation of college students’ sports enjoyment,and draw the following conclusions.The study concluded that:(1)In terms of individual physical activity enjoyment of college sports,college students’ enjoyment of physical education is low,and their actual sports vitality is insufficient,so they cannot achieve the purpose of physical activity enjoyment temporarily.(2)In terms of individual pursuit of free enjoyment of college sports,most students lack objective understanding of sports activities,have strong instrumental cognition and lack nonutilitarian cognition,which leads to the inability to satisfy the sports freedom and spiritual freedom of college students.(3)In the aspect of aesthetic enjoyment dimension of individual promotion of college sports,college students’ lack of aesthetic enjoyment of sports are embodied in having difficulty in discovering their own beauty and lack of experience sense of self-transcendence.(4)In the dimension of individual healthy life enjoyment of college sports,students generally lack the awareness of sports life,and the awareness of lifelong sports is generally weak.(5)The main reasons for the problems of individual enjoyment function of college physical education are as follows: the teaching methods of college physical education are single,college students participate in sports activities with utilitarian purposes,the basic theoretical knowledge of college sports is insufficient,and the quality of school sports activities is not high.Suggestions:(1)Increase the diversity of college sports.By enriching the content of physical education teaching,improving teaching methods,and enhancing teaching concepts,the individual physical activity enjoyment of college sports can be realized.Enriching the teaching content refers to increasing the selection of physical education courses and ensuring that students can choose their favorite items;the improvement of teaching methods is to change the boring and single teaching method,explore more new teaching methods,and increase students’ interest.;To improve teaching concept means that teachers can have the awareness of individual sports enjoyment function and can carry out specific implementation.(2)University sports attaches great importance to non-utilitarian education.In the process of physical education teaching,the realization of the function of individual physical education in colleges and universities must be more non-utilitarian,so as to ensure the students’ main position in physical education teaching.Respect students’ learning attitudes and attitudes to participate in physical education,let students actively explore sports space,encourage students to actively participate in physical education organizations,and gradually accept and love sports.In order to achieve the free enjoyment of individual pursuit of college sports.(3)Improve college students’ awareness of sports.In the physical education class,proper explanation of the basic knowledge of sports and the knowledge of sports physiology can guide students to actively treat sports activities and physical beauty in sports.Make students have a positive attitude and a correct understanding and acceptance of the body when exercising;enrich school sports events,improve students’ interest in sports,increase students’ participation in sports activities,and increase students’ opportunities for self-transcendence experience.Improve the aesthetic enjoyment of college students.(4)University sports practice quality education.The individual enjoyment function of physical education in colleges and universities conforms to the concept of quality education.Strengthening the concept of quality education can provide theoretical support for the development of sports individual enjoyment function in colleges and universities.Only with a solid theoretical foundation can students establish lifelong sports awareness and realize the practice of sports life.(5)The realization path of individual enjoyment function of college sports is: implement diversified and personalized physical education,promote the all-round development of quality education,attach importance to the education of physical theory knowledge,and improve the quality and quantity of school sports activities.Compared with physical education classes,students prefer school sports activities without compulsory credit requirements.Increasing the number of school sports activities is conducive to improving the sports participation rate of students,and improving the quality of activities will help students better understand the nature of sports and achieve the purpose of enjoying them.
