| In recent years,with the gradual development of the Internet and new media,education reform has also followed the pace of social informatization,and the future trend of education is "Internet + education".In the current primary school classroom,new information-based teaching modes such as "micro-class","smart class" and "flipped class" are emerging,which coincide with the new curriculum reform concept of strengthening the main role of students and fostering independent learning.This is in line with the new curriculum reform concept of strengthening students’ main role and cultivating students’ independent learning.This study takes primary school in Suzhou as a case study.Strategies.Firstly,starting from the real situation,questionnaires,interviews and surveys were used to analyse the problems of language teachers’ teaching design ability based on flipped classroom in S Primary School,namely teachers’ ability to analyse students’ characteristics,teachers’ ability to select teaching contents,teachers’ ability to design teaching process,teachers’ ability to select teaching strategies and teachers’ ability to evaluate teaching,so as to analyse their shortcomings.Secondly,through analysis of the questionnaire data and interview data,the factors affecting teachers’ teaching design ability are summarised in response to the existing problems.Finally,practical and reasonable strategies are proposed on how to improve language teachers’ teaching design ability based on the flipped classroom.This study believes that corresponding measures should be taken from the following five aspects: first,based on flipping the classroom,comprehensive analysis of the student situation,second,based on flipping the classroom,scientific choice of teaching content,third,based on flipping the classroom,carefully designed teaching process,fourth,based on flipping the classroom,rational use of teaching strategies,fifth,based on flipping the classroom,the full implementation of teaching evaluation. |
