Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Responsibility Quality In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is the new historical orientation of China’s development." The world is in an era of rapid development,and China is in an era of unprecedented great changes.China is in the stage of national prosperity,national rejuvenation,and the realization of the great Chinese dream.It is facing many challenges at home and abroad,as well as more opportunities.The new era calls for new achievements.As the future and hope of the motherland,young college students shoulder the mission and responsibility of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.They should resonate with the times at the same time,walk in the same direction with the times,strive to be active and enterprising,realize their own personal value,care about their country,shoulder the heavy responsibility bravely,and realize their social value.Xi Jinping also mentioned in the commemoration of the 54 sports100 th anniversary conference: "China Youth in the new era should cherish this era,shoulder the mission of the times,learn from them and grow in due diligence".Personal success,family harmony,social stability,national prosperity and world progress require college students to establish a sense of responsibility,deepen their sense of responsibility,strengthen their will to take responsibility,enhance their ability and practice their behaviors.As the main position of Cultivating College Students’ quality,colleges and universities should conform to the development of the times,take moral cultivation as the fundamental goal,strengthen college students’ self-education ability,cooperate with family and society,and cultivate college students into new generation with responsibility quality.In the new era,this paper carefully studies Xi Jinping’s discussion on responsibility,explores Chinese traditional culture,and extensively reads relevant literature.Guided by Marx’s theory,it defines and discusses the relevant concepts and contents of the quality of college students in the new era,analyzes the historical basis and background of fostering the quality of college students,and deeply analyzes the new situation.It is of great value to cultivate college students’ responsibility quality in the new era.Through investigation and interview,we can understand the current situation of College Students’ responsibility quality and cultivation,find out the performance of some college students’ lack of responsibility quality and the problems existing in the cultivation of College Students’ responsibility quality,analyze the reasons for some college students’ lack of responsibility quality,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Specifically,it includes three parts:The first part is an overview of College Students’ responsibility quality in the new era.First of all,this paper expounds the connotation of responsibility and responsibility quality,and then defines the concept of responsibility quality of college students in the new era.Responsibility quality of college students refers to the excellent quality of responsibility and mission shown by college students’ understanding,thought,emotion and behavior,including personal initiative and progress,care for family and society,care for the fate of the country and nation,care for nature and human beings This paper divides the responsibility quality of college students into three levels: willing to take responsibility,daring to take responsibility and good at taking responsibility,and five elements: responsibility consciousness,responsibility emotion,responsibility will,responsibility ability and responsibility behavior.It discusses the historical basis and background of the cultivation of the responsibility quality of College Students in the new era,and points out that the important value of the cultivation of the responsibility quality of college students in the new era is the development of college students Talent is not only the foundation of family harmony and social stability,but also the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and national prosperity.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of College Students’ responsibility quality and Cultivation in the new era.Through questionnaire survey and interview,we can understand the current situation of College Students’ responsibility quality in the new era,which is generally positive.However,there are still some students who have vague cognition,apathy,weak will and impure motivation.In the new era,the cultivation of College Students’ responsibility quality has also made some achievements,but there are still some problems,such as the lack of pertinence of the cultivation content,the poor connection between the theoretical indoctrination and the practical education,the insufficient influence of the cultivation environment,and the poor effect of the synergy between universities,families and society.According to the current situation,this paper further analyzes the causes of the problems,mainly from four aspects: the lack of self-cultivation ability of college students,the absence of family cultivation,the lack of comprehensive cultivation in Colleges and universities,and the poor social cultivation environment.The third part is the cultivation path of College Students’ responsibility quality in the new era.First of all,we should strengthen college students’ self-education ability,improve their cognitive level,attach importance to emotional identity,enhance their ability to take responsibility,and promote the formation of behavior habits;second,we should integrate the cultivation of responsibility quality into the whole process of college education,classroom education content,teacher team construction and organizational management services,so as to realize all-round and whole process education for all staff;third,we should give full play to the recessive infiltration of campus culture,excavate the responsibility elements in the excellent culture,carry forward the example power of the people in charge of the times,and attach importance to the construction of campus responsibility culture environment;in addition,we should also make efforts to carry out multi-modal social practice,strengthen supervision and implementation,increase voluntary and social service activities in Colleges and universities,and improve the supervision and evaluation feedback mechanism,so as to make students take the initiative and become responsible youth of the times;finally,give full play to the role of family and society,avoid the university independence,family absence and social dislocation.From these five paths,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures.
