The Study On The Contemporary University Student's Innovation Quality Cultivation

By analyzing the necessity of the college student's innovation qualitiescultivation in the knowledge-based economy ages and elaborating the connotationof the innovation quality, this thesis puts forward the theoretical foundation of thecollege student's innovation qualities. I analyze the current problems that exist inthe college student's innovation qualities from both internal and external reasons.External factors: the traditional educational system constrains innovative qualitiesof contemporary college students; The one-sided, superficial and materialistictendency of society to evaluate college students misleads an innovative training;school needs to cultivate the innovation quality of relaxed democracy environment;Single material, meaning backward and the teacher's lacking of the awareness ofinnovation; the weaking sense to promote the development of managementeducation and teaching etc. Internal factors: the students do not have strong sensesof social responsibility and lack the scientific spirits; the students do not have thestrong awareness and lack the boldly spirits to question; students lack the soundinnovative personality, the strongly will and the indomitable fighting spirit. theknowledge structure of the students is not fully rational, and they can not meet theneeds of society; students do not pay enough attentions to the sense of spirit tofight the hardness. On this basis, this paper presents a model of innovation qualitytraining, including: firstly, from the external reasons, creating the social and policyenvironment which is in favor of the innovation and growth of talents, activelyexploring effective ways of the educational reform, building a sense of innovationand creativity in high-quality teachers, further strengthening the building ofcampus culture, and helping to improve the external environment for thecultivation of creative quality in contemporary college students; secondly, from theinternal conditions, further to strengthen the ideological and political education ofcollege students, and enhance their senses of social responsibility, to strengthen theawareness of the college students, to encourage them to question boldly andstimulate their entrepreneurial spirits, to create their soundly innovativepersonalities and cultivate their spirits to face the failure and the success, tooptimize their knowledgeable structure and develop social adaptable personnel, tocarry out innovative practical activities and create the internal condition that is conducive to the cultivation of creative qualities to contemporary college students.In conclusion, cultivating the innovational quality of the college student is asystematic project, which requires internal and external factors together, to ensurethe effect of the qualities of student's innovation.
