Ruminant thinking is an individual’s repeated thinking about the cause, result, and emotions of the event after experiencing a negative event;social anxiety is the emotional experience of tension and anxiety that an individual exhibits during social activities. The researcher compiled a social anxiety questionnaire for college students to investigate the relationship between the level of ruminating thinking and social anxiety of college students, and screening participants for semi-structured campus psychodrama counseling, intervening their ruminating thinking and indirectly reducing the level of social anxiety. The research is divided into three stages: the first stage is to compile the social anxiety questionnaire for college students;the second stage is to use the compiled "College Student Social Anxiety Questionnaire" and the "Rumination Thinking Scale"(RRS)compiled by Nolen-Hoeksema to survey Hebei and Henan 500 Ruminant thinking and social anxiety of college students; In the second stage,24 people were selected for high ruminant thinking and high social anxiety, high ruminant thinking and low social anxiety, low ruminant thinking and high social anxiety, low ruminant thinking and low social anxiety,24 people each, and they were evenly allocated to the experimental group. In the placebo group and the control group, the experimental group received six semi-structured psychodrama interventions with the theme of ruminating thinking, and the placebo group received six psychodrama without the theme of ruminating thinking. The control group did not do any intervention;after the experiment was over perform post-tests on three groups of subjects. The applied statistical software is SPSS and MPLUS for statistical analysis, correlation analysis,T test, analysis of variance and confirmatory factor analysis.Research result:1.The Social Anxiety Scale for College Students includes three dimensions: general social situation, coping performance. The homogeneity reliability of social anxiety and each dimension are 0.980,0.938,0.953,0.941;the test-retest reliability of social anxiety and each dimension are 0.984,0.950,0.962,0.956,respectively.Confirmatry factor analysis with Mplus: RMSEA=0.049,TLI=0.959,CFI=0.963,SRMR=0.029.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good, and it meets the psychometric standards.2.Undergraduate ruminating thinking is significantly related to social anxiety(r=0.208**);social anxiety is used as the dependent variable, and the factors of ruminating thinking of college students are used as independent variables to perform regression analysis.Symptom rumination has a significant predictive effect on social anxiety.3.The change of ruminant thinking before and after the intervention is the dependent variable, and the analysis of variance is carried out with the level of ruminant thinking and the experimental group as independent variables. The main effect of the experimental group is significant(F=73.546***);the social anxiety change before and after the experimental intervention is the cause Variables, the level of ruminant thinking and the experimental group are used as independent variables to analyze, the main effect of the experimental group is significant(F=31.328***);the differences in the change values of rumination thinking and social anxiety of subjects in different roles in the experimental group are tested,The level of ruminating thinking of subjects in different roles differed significantly(F=3.192*),and the level of social anxiety did not change significantly.Analysis conclusion:1.College students’ ruminating thinking and social anxiety are positively correlated.2.Semi-structured psychodrama intervention can promote ruminating thinking of college students;and indirectly reduce their social anxiety.
