| In recent years,the phenomenon of college students doing part-time jobs is widespread,which is of great significance for college students to contact and understand the society.It has become normal for college students majoring in sports dance to choose part-time coaches in training institutions because of their artistic specialties.Due to the immature and unstable outlook on life and values of sports dance college students,they are vulnerable to the influence of external factors.Through consulting relevant materials,it is found that there are very few studies on the influencing factors of part-time coaches of college students in sports dance,which makes the theory of guiding part-time coaches of college students in sports dance is relatively weak.Based on this,this paper targets the influencing factors of sports dance college students’ part-time jobs,clarifying the relationship structure among the factors,and exploring the process and order of the factors to play a role,so as to lay a theoretical and practical foundation for sports dance college students’ reasonable and effective part-time jobsBased on literature review and practical investigation,this paper puts forward the model hypothesis and research hypothesis of influencing factors of part-time coaches of college students specialized in sports dance.The hypothesis model of influencing factors for part-time coaches of college students specialized in sports dance includes four aspects: individual factors,social factors,family factors and school factors.The research hypothesis is as follows :(1)Individual factors,social factors,family factors and school factors all have a significant positive impact on part-time intention.(2)Part-time intention has a significant positive effect on part-time behavior.(3)Individual factors,social factors,family factors and school factors all have a significant positive impact on part-time behavior.In this paper,the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,the use of SPSS25.0,AMOS24.0 software to build the structural equation model of influencing factors of part-time coaches of sports dance specialty college students,exploratory factor analysis and path analysis of the survey data.Finally,by verifying the research hypothesis,the paper determines the structural equation model of influencing factors for part-time coaches of college students specialized in sports dance,and clarifies the relationship among individual factors,social factors,family factors and school factors,as well as the process and rules of each factor playing a role.The research conclusions are as follows:First,the structural equation model of influencing factors for part-time coaches of college students in sports dance includes four aspects: individual factors,social factors,family factors and school factors.Second,there is a high degree of consistency in the four dimensions of influencing factors for part-time coaches of sports dance specialty college students.Individual factors,social factors and family factors are highly positively correlated with part-time willingness and part-time behavior respectively.Thirdly,there is a causal relationship between individual factors,social factors and family factors and part-time behavior,and the degree of contribution to part-time behavior from large to small is followed by individual factors,social factors and family factors.Fourthly,individual factors,social factors and family factors among the influencing factors of part-time coaches of sports dance special college students can independently influence their part-time behaviors.Fifthly,the influencing factor model of part-time coaches of college students specialized in sports dance takes individual factors,social factors and family factors as the starting point and part-time willingness as the intermediary to exert effects on part-time behaviors respectively.Sixth,there is a causal relationship between school factors and part-time behaviors,but the causal relationship is not significant.Suggestions are made as follows:First,sports dance students should be clear about their future development direction,take employment as the purpose,self-improvement as the orientation,and reasonably arrange their spare time and energy.Second,the relevant government departments should create a good environment for part-time jobs to ensure the safety of college students’ part-time jobs and safeguard their rights and interests.Thirdly,parents of sports dance students should pay more attention to and care for their thoughts and give correct guidance in time when they are in trouble while guaranteeing their life.Fourthly,the school should improve the relevant career guidance courses and career planning courses,increase the interest and practicality of the existing courses,and lay the theoretical foundation for the reasonable part-time coaches of sports dance students.Fifth,first-and second-year students should focus on their studies and not take part-time jobs too early.Juniors and seniors can take part-time jobs purposefully and selectively in the holidays on the premise that they don’t miss their homework. |
