As a special group of college students,minority preparatory undergraduates faced the increasingly severe employment situation.The group of minority preparatory undergraduates did not possess innate advantages,so universities need to pay more attention and help to the career development of minority preparatory undergraduates.This study took minority preparatory undergraduates as research objects,and aims to verify the reliability and validity of the college students’ career adaptability scale,self-identity scale,and positive psychological capital questionnaire in the preparatory student group,and to test whether it can be applied to the preparatory student group.Through the positive psychologically oriented psycho-scene-drama group counseling,it helped the minority preparatory undergraduates to make correct self-cognition and promote self-identification.At the same time,it could also improve internal psychological capital,and then effectively improves career adaptability.In this way,it was possible to actively intervene in the career development of minority preparatory undergraduates at a comprehensive level.This study included three parts: investigative research,interventional research,and qualitative research.In investigative research,the reliability and validity of the scale were verified by measuring the career adaptability,self-identity,and positive psychological capital of 285 minority preparatory undergraduates.In the intervention study,the minority preparatory undergraduates of two natural classes in a university were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group.The intervention group received he positive psychologically oriented psycho-scene-drama group counseling,and the control group was in the normal state of study and life.Before and after the intervention,the two groups were measured for their career adaptability,self-identity,and positive psychological capital.In the qualitative research,follow-up visits were conducted to the intervention group subjects after two months.These interviews were collected and qualitatively analyzed.The results of this study showed that:(1)The college students’ career adaptability scale,self-identity scale,and positive psychological capital questionnaire have good credibility and validity in the minority preparatory undergraduates group,which is applicable to the minority preparatory undergraduates group.(2)The positive psychologically oriented psycho-scene-drama group counseling can effectively improve the career adaptability of minority preparatory undergraduates.(3)The positive psychologically oriented psycho-scene-drama group counseling can effectively improve self-identification of minority preparatory undergraduates.(4)The positive psychologically oriented psycho-scene-drama group counseling can effectively improve the positive psychological capital of minority preparatory undergraduates.
