| In recent years,with the continuous development of the economy and society,local governments have paid more and more attention to talents,especially the demand for high-level talents has become stronger.How to improve the introduction of talents and build a group of high-level talents to make them more active and efficient in the local economic and social construction is a realistic issue the local government is confronted with.Combined with the current situation of the basic environment for the introduction of high-level talents in Heze City and the results achieved,this paper makes full use of human capital theory,talent incentive theory,talent mobility theory and other related theories,to sort out the employees and employees’ insights into it.To make it,this paper took advantage of some methods like questions and field visits,the analysis shows that Heze’s high-level talent introduction has practical problems such as insufficient talents,uneven distribution,serious loss,and disconnection between supply and demand.It also focuses on policy attractiveness,lack of enterprises,and talent introduction.This paper analyzed the reasons for these problems from many perspectives such as policies synergy,enterprises lack,few innovation platforms,the attraction of cities to talents,and drawing on the valuable experience of introducing high-level talents from Qingdao and other places,this paper put forward,a series of suggestions for improvement from the aspects of establishing and improving the talent introduction work mechanism,optimizing the policy system,enterprises playing the main role,and optimizing the talent development environment,etc,with which these above problems will be expected to be released and the effectiveness of local high-level talent introduction will be enhanced.This subject research is based on the needs of talent development in the new era,comprehensively and in-depth analyzing of the current status of talent introduction in Heze City.Around the local economic construction needs,the paper put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the effectiveness of introducing high-level talents in Heze City Going to a new level,through which,sufficient talent guarantee will be provided for the economic and social development of Heze City. |
