The Design And Implementation Of College Orientation Management System Based On We Chat Platform

In recent years,colleges and universities have greatly expanded the scale of enrollment,and the task of orientation has become increasingly heavy.This article focuses on the research and development of a welcome management system by using a We Chat applets.It takes the big data advantage of the Internet,realizing online registration,automatic dormitory allocation,online payment and green channel services,which simplifies the work process,reduces the processing time,and provides a one-stop information service for freshmen enrolment.In addition,the system can provide accurate data for the orientation work,display the real-time registration status of the freshmen,count accurate information of the freshmen registration rate,and display it in a graphical way,providing the powerful support for the improvement and the decision-making of the orientation work.This thesis first studies the worldwide development status of the orientation management system and then analyzes the usage requirements.This work further optimizes and fulfils the orientation workflow of current colleges and universities,designing and realizing a big data based orientation management system.The system bases on the B / S architecture model,uses the.Net framework and the LJMM platform,and takes My SQL as the database to realize the streamlining,refining,and intelligent orientation work.Finally,we optimize some problems encountered in the actual usage,and test the functionality,compatibility and processing performance of the system so as to ensure its operation with safety and stability.This system provides a data sharing platform for each department in the orientation,breaking through the data barriers between departments,ensuring the smooth communication of information services,achieving the cross-department information data sharing and collaborative work.It transfers the manual enrollment model,and solves the difficulties in coordination between departments,and reduces the errors brought by the manually statistical data,which has truly achieved efficient orientation and accurate registration,providing an effective carrier for humanized management services in colleges and universities.Thus,this work has certain research significance and application value.
