Normal students are the reserve army of teachers.It is a basic strategy for colleges and universities to carry out teachers’ professional ethics education in the process of training normal students.In the new era,with the development of society,the concept of teachers has changed,but also put forward more specific moral requirements for teachers.The Ministry of Education has issued "Ten Guidelines on Teachers’ Professional Conduct in New Era in Colleges and Universities "," Ten Guidelines on Teachers’ Professional Conduct in New Era in Primary and Middle Schools" and "Ten Guidelines on Teachers’ Professional Conduct in New Era in Kindergartens ".This not only puts forward the new request to the teacher,but also produces the teacher’s moral cultivation and education for the normal students Have an important impact.These requirements make the content,methods and ways of professional ethics education of normal school students change.The education of normal students plays an important role in the teacher’s career,that is,the educational stage of normal students is the starting point of the formation of teachers’ ethics,and the process of professional ethics is the need of the times and the need to train qualified talents by cultivating teachers’ ethics.Professional ethics is the core quality of teachers,and teachers’ professional ethics education for normal students is a problem that society,universities and normal students must attach great importance to themselves.This paper studies the professional ethics education of normal college students in the new era,first expounds the connotation of professional ethics education;along its connotation,in the form of questionnaires and interviews,select normal college students as the object,investigate the current situation of professional ethics education of normal college students,comb the achievements of professional ethics education of normal college students in the new era and the imperfect content of education in colleges and universities,lack of innovation,single way of education,teacher education is mainly classroom teaching,the effect of education needs to be improved,some normal school students’ professional ethics consciousness is weak,the education evaluation system needs to be improved,and some problems of moral anomie exist,and deeply distinguish the causes of these problems.
