| The principle of fairness and justice in the field of distribution of labor remuneration has always been expressed in the form of equal pay for equal work.Therefore,the principle of equal pay for equal work is clearly stipulated in the legislation of many countries and the labor conventions of international labor organizations.As a socialist country,China implements a distribution system with distribution according to work as the main body and multiple distribution modes coexisting.Similarly,there are already relevant laws clearly stipulating that the distribution of labor remuneration should be equal pay for equal work.Therefore,the correctness and necessity of the principle of equal pay for equal work in the field of labor remuneration distribution are affirmative.However,in China’s current labor market,there is a widespread phenomenon of different pay for the same work,especially the problem of different pay for the same work caused by different workers’ different organization,gender and household registration.Why does a clear violation of laws and regulations exist in China’s labor market for a long time deserves our deep consideration and study.This paper aims at the phenomenon of different pay for the same work,which clearly violates the laws and regulations,but has existed in the labor market for a long time.From the perspective of Marxist theory,this paper defines the concepts and categories of "equal work" and "equal pay" reasonably through the relevant theories such as Marxist labor value theory and labor reward distribution theory,based on Marx’s three aspects of labor value composition The related theory of elements analyzes the labor value of workers.According to the objective fact that our country is still in the primary stage of socialism,the level of productivity is not developed enough and the gap of productivity level between different regions is obvious,it is put forward that in the primary stage of socialism,we can’t realize the complete equal pay for equal work in a real sense,and we can only reduce the negative impact brought by the phenomenon of different pay for equal work to the greatest extent.Finally,the paper proposes to build a socialist labor restoration system,in order to protect the labor enthusiasm of workers,improve the labor value of workers,eliminate the adverse impact of different pay for the same work as far as possible,and finally achieve the goal of promoting the development of the whole social productivity level. |
