At present,there are still some gaps in the level and quality of education between different regions,between urban and rural areas and between schools in China,the new era of the contradiction between the growing demand for high quality education and the insufficient supply is still stubborn,the focus of the transition of compulsory education from basic equilibrium to high quality equilibrium is still on the rural areas,especially the two types of schools.The two types of schools are small rural schools and boarding schools in villages and towns.They are the weak points in the development of rural education and important objects in the layout of rural schools.In the process of the integration of compulsory education in urban and rural areas,the emphasis of the layout of the two types of schools is no longer to simply and rigidly carry out the work of withdrawal and merger,but to gradually turn to the optimization.Two types of school layout optimization work is not only to seek the optimal location,more to the pursuit of the optimal value,especially the education value,in order to achieve the goals of providing close schools and good schools for students,provide fair and quality education for rural children,this is to meet the needs of times development,the relevant people’s education important proposition.Based on Z county rural schools layout present situation,the two types of schools as the object of investigation,through the analysis of the information such as education,geography,population,through empirical measurement,interview investigation,theoretical analysis methods such as layout of two types of schools in the work of the problems and their causes,and tries to put forward the feasible two layout optimization idea,rich research direction about the two types of school layout and practical experience,for the local government and the administrative department of education in the two types of schools provide decision-making reference layout work.In addition to the introduction,the paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the basic situation,data collection and statistical methods of Z county.In the optimization of the layout of the two types of schools,geographic population information is an important support to guarantee the "nearby enrollment" of students,and educational resource allocation information is the basic condition to help students "learn".This paper collects educational resource allocation index data,school spatial location information,road network data of Z county and home address information of students,and elaborates the operability and pertinence of using calculation methods such as difference coefficient and using Arc GIS and other professional software to analyze the data.The second chapter,based on the statistical analysis results of educational resource data and geographical population data,deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of the layout of the two types of schools in Z county.On the one hand,based on the level of educational resource allocation in Z county,the effectiveness of the layout of the two types of schools is evaluated from the influence of the allocation of educational resources in the two types of schools and the standard level of various indicators of the two types of schools.On the other hand,according to the school service scope and student school time cost of Z county,the unradiated school scope,the overlapping situation of the two types of schools and the data distribution of the two types of schools,the rationality of the distribution of the two types of schools was evaluated,the current situation of the two types of schools in Z county was comprehensively analyzed,and the layout problems were summarized.The third chapter analyzes the causes of two kinds of school layout problems in Z county.Due to local governments and related departments for agriculture and from agriculture society the conflict from the relevant interest groups,in the education fair priority and benefit of education first policy demand contradiction in the lack of overall planning,in the case of two classes of their own school positioning fuzzy policy divergence in understanding and implementation link,and the two types of school layout work needs to be optimized.Based on the layout problems of the two types of schools in Z county and their reasons,the fourth chapter puts forward Suggestions for the optimization of the layout of the two types of schools from four aspects: adhering to the people-oriented development concept,improving the forwardlooking layout planning,rational allocation of educational resources,and clarifying the positioning of the two types of schools. |
