| In the use of classroom resources in colleges and universities,there is a widespread waste phenomenon,but the degree of waste is different.For my country,which has a huge scale of higher education,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the efficiency of classroom resource utilization and its evaluation in colleges and universities.Aiming at the evaluation of classroom resource utilization efficiency in colleges and universities,this paper uses education economics,meta-evaluation and other theories,as well as meta-analysis,literature analysis,and field investigation methods,combined with the author’s investigation and observation of college classroom resources and their evaluation.In-depth analysis and research on this issue have been carried out at two levels of practice,and it has been found that at present,in addition to the relevant theories of education economics,no evaluation of college classroom resource utilization efficiency has been found in China’s evaluation of college classroom resource utilization efficiency Evaluation theory,and the existing evaluation theory can not highlight its pertinence and scientificity because it does not combine the characteristics of college classroom resource utilization well.It can be said that there is a lack of evaluation theory in the efficiency of classroom resource utilization in colleges and universities;At the same time,there is no scientific and complete evaluation index system about the efficiency of classroom resource utilization in colleges and universities;in addition,the existing evaluation theory of educational resource utilization efficiency in educational economics,including the evaluation theory of the utilization efficiency of educational material resources,is in low agreement with practice,Can not well evaluate the efficiency and waste of classroom resources in a university.The reason can be described in all aspects.For example,the academic community lacks the necessary reflection and criticism of the existing evaluation of the efficiency of classroom resource use in universities,the lack of necessary feedback and research on the various information in the evaluation,and the depth of the relevant evaluation theory research Not enough,wait.In the actual evaluation of the efficiency of classroom resource utilization in colleges and universities,due to the lack of a scientific review mechanism and evaluation system for the evaluation subject qualifications,in the actual evaluation process,some of the evaluation subject qualifications may not be sufficient and the available evaluation criteria are not scientific enough.;And because the evaluation subject is subjective,it may be difficult to judge objectively and impartially;in addition,due to the lack of an effective evaluation supervision mechanism,the operation of the evaluation process is often not rigorous,and there may be formalism problems such as "walking through the field".In order to effectively solve many problems in the evaluation of the efficiency of classroom resource utilization in colleges and universities,it is necessary to improve the evaluation consciousness of evaluation stakeholders and enhance their participation;study and introduce corresponding evaluation supervision systems;and introduce corresponding systems for the qualification problems of evaluation subjects;Scientifically and accurately manage college classroomresources and formulate evaluation standards;interdisciplinary and multi-angle research on the evaluation of college classroom resource utilization efficiency,etc.,strive to promote the development and innovation of college classroom resource utilization efficiency evaluation theory,innovate relevant evaluation concepts,and establish relevant evaluations Index system,to improve the evaluation theory of college classroom resource utilization efficiency,to more scientifically evaluate college classroom resource utilization efficiency,to further improve college classroom resource utilization efficiency,and to promote colleges to train high-quality and high-quality talents Contribute to sustainable development.Because the efficiency of classroom resource utilization and its evaluation in colleges and universities have important research value,therefore,in the near future,there will surely be more experts and scholars to carry out research from different perspectives,and will bear fruit. |
