Research On The Status Quo Of Sports Characteristic Towns In Hunan Province From The Perspective Of Diamond Theory

Since the General Administration of Sport of China issued the Notice on Promoting the Construction of Towns with Sports and Leisure features in 2017,all provinces and cities in China have attached unprecedented importance to the construction and development of towns with sports features.There are five pilot projects of sports and leisure characteristic towns in Hunan Province,which are of great significance to the development trend of sports industry and tourism industry in Hunan Province.Therefore,the local government also attaches great importance to them.Small towns with sports characteristics in China have a short development history and lack of development experience,while small towns with sports characteristics in foreign countries have rich development experience and theoretical knowledge,which provides a rich theoretical basis for the development research of small towns with sports characteristics in Hunan Province.This paper uses the literature material method,field survey method,interview method,logical analysis and case analysis and other research methods,sports town in hunan province as the research object,according to the characteristics of town development and planning requirements for sports in China,based on the characteristics of diamond theory Angle of view on sports town application value analysis,and thousand lake international leisure sports town in changsha as an example,from the production factor,demand factor,relevant and pillar industries,enterprise strategy,the opportunities and government policy analysis of the current situation of the development of six elements,summarizing thousand lake international advantages and disadvantages of the development of leisure sports town,Then expand the development strategy of sports characteristic town in Hunan Province.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Access to a large number of literature data,found that on the diamond theory Angle of view to study the basic theory of sports town has certain application value,based on the characteristics of sports town of production factor,demand factor,relevant and pillar industries,enterprise strategy,the opportunities and the analysis of the six elements,government policy to a certain extent,the development status of case resolution.(2)From the perspective of diamond theory,a case study of the development status of Qianlong Lake International Leisure sports Town was carried out and it was found that:Firstly,the development advantages of Qianlong Lake international leisure sports town include the advantages of ecological resources and tourism resources in production factors;The main body of related and pillar industries is large,including the integration of basic industries and characteristic industries.Policy support in government elements is strong and covers a wide range,including environmental protection,industrial development and other aspects.Secondly,the lack of development of Qianlong Lake International leisure sports town includes the imperfect infrastructure of production factors,including transportation system,entertainment facilities,etc.The characteristic industry has no obvious effect in the related and pillar industries,and does not form the brand industry.Meanwhile,in terms of project development,qianlong Lake International leisure sports town also has some problems,such as more areas to be opened and poor management.(3)Taking the development of Qianlong Lake International leisure sports town as a reference,this paper proposes the development strategy of hunan sports characteristic town from the perspective of diamond theory,mainly including basing on production factors and laying a solid foundation for development;Improve product quality to meet consumer demand;Attach importance to product integration and strengthen enterprise cooperation;Strengthen top-level design and develop characteristic industries;We will increase government support and strengthen government oversight.
