Research On The Current Situation,and Countermeasures Of Beijing International Sport Town

In recent years,with the support of national policies for characteristic towns,the policy proposes to establish a thousand characteristic towns nationwide by 2020.Under this background,various localities have begun to build special towns.Coupled with the promotion of “national fitness”,sports towns have also become the focus of construction.This paper aims to provide a reference for the development of Beijing's international football towns.This paper analyzes the development status of Beijing International Football Town from the perspective of operators and consumers through interviews with operators of Beijing International Football Town and questionnaires for small town consumers.The existing problems,analyze the causes and mechanisms of the emergence and put forward some development suggestions,in order to provide reference for relevant policy departments,thus promoting the sustainable development of sports towns.The main research methods used in this paper are: literature data method,field research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method.Through these research methods to analyze the development status and countermeasures of Beijing International Football Town,including: town background introduction,macro environment analysis,town space layout,infrastructure construction,resource development status,operation management status,consumer satisfaction Survey.From this analysis,the problems of the development of the town and the causes of the problems are obtained,and suggestions are made.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)Beijing International Football Town has a superior geographical position,beautiful ecological environment,developed external transportation,and relevantpolicy support to provide a good external environment for the construction of the town.(2)The overall planning of Beijing International Football Town is a large landscape belt,two landscape corridors,three landscape axes,four major sports theme parks,and the spatial pattern of the five functional areas,which will be sports and culture,education,fashion,international The integration of communication and technological innovation will drive the development of regional industrial structure.(3)Most consumers are satisfied with the development status of Beijing International Football Town,but there are also some shortcomings,such as“incomplete infrastructure support”,“individual enterprises become real estate agents”,“lack of professional sports”,"the industry positioning is not clear,there is a homogenization tendency","the approval procedures are cumbersome,and the phenomenon of multi-head management is not uncommon."(4)Analyzing the causes and mechanisms of the problems arising from the Beijing International Football Town,there are several reasons: “Lack of long-term investment planning”,“Land planning is not reasonable”,“Lack of perfection” "The talent training mechanism","the industry positioning is not clear","policy support is not specific" and so on.(5)In response to the problems existing in Beijing's international football town,the following countermeasures are proposed: “improving infrastructure prisons and supporting services”,“strictly controlling the implementation of small town projects”,“strengthening the cultivation of composite talents in the sports industry”,and“strengthening the featured industries”.Cultivate,build a high-quality event IP,"clear the functional positioning of the government."...
