| In recent years,the new economic format mainly based on platform economy has created a large number of new flexible jobs and made outstanding contributions to China’s economic development.However,so far,flexible employees can not enjoy the same protection of industrial injury insurance with urban workers when they suffer from industrial accidents,mainly because there are many problems in the process of participating in industrial injury insurance and applying for industrial injury identification.At the present stage,breaking the limitations of the traditional industrial injury insurance mechanism,and creating a work-related injury insurance system more in line with the flexible employment of the platform economy,has become the subject of our country’s human and social sectors to study and explore.Firstly,this paper puts forward the research methods and ideas from the domestic and foreign research status of the flexible employment injury insurance under the platform economy.Secondly,this paper expounds the basic concepts of platform economy,flexible employment and flexible employment personnel,and industrial injury insurance.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,labor equity theory and government intervention theory,it provides theoretical support for solving the problem of industrial injury insurance for flexible employees under the platform economy of L City.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the industrial injury insurance of the flexible employees in L City and the questionnaire of the flexible employees in L City.Fourth,this paper expounds the problems of the industrial injury insurance for flexible employees under the platform economy of L City,mainly including three aspects of insurance participation,identification of industrial injury and advance payment,and analyzes the reasons for its existence.Fifthly,this paper analyzes the practice mode of flexible employment workers’ work-related injury insurance,and summarizes three enlightenments.Finally,this paper explores how to break the traditional industrial injury insurance mechanism in L City,and explores the industrial injury insurance mode for flexible employees under the platform economy,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the government level,the system level,the enterprise level and the flexible employment personnel level.It is hoped that this paper can finally achieve the purpose of making a contribution to the protection of the rights and interests of the flexible employees under the platform economy,and establish a "same boat" environment for industrial injury insurance among various employment groups,so as to realize the "solidarity" of all workers at the level of industrial injury. |
