| Under the sharing economy,the employment mode is flexible and informal,and the traditional labor relationship identification standard cannot be fully consistent with it,so the occupational injury of corresponding practitioners cannot be guaranteed,which poses a new challenge to the existing industrial injury insurance system in China.This article combed the existing local pilot system in our country,based on the problems exposed in current practice and reference to foreign occupational injury protection systems,it is suggested to skip the identification of labor relations in the traditional industrial injury insurance system,directly pay industrial injury insurance for workers,and formulate specific measures for industrial injury compensation combined with commercial insurance,at the same time,set up a reasonable mechanism of industrial injury prevention.Finally,we will establish a separate legal system of industrial injury insurance for workers in the sharing economy. |
