With the rapid development of mobile Internet,multimedia transmission methods have been constantly emerging.In people’s life,We Chat,douyin and other new media have gradually become important channels for people to exchange information.At present,new media has gradually become a new mode of marketing for enterprises at home and abroad.In their marketing,enterprises gradually abandon the traditional media and adopt the mode of new media marketing more often,and regard it as a new topic of exploration for marketing.In the education and training industry,enterprises combine marketing with the rapidly developing information and network technology to achieve higher marketing efficiency and lower marketing costs,and at the same time lay a solid foundation for the transformation of education and training institutions.In this paper,the study of new media marketing,with its value and function as a starting point,analyzing its application in the private education company,for education and training of the implementation of the new strategy,new media marketing is a new media marketing in the application of theory to improve the training industry,promote the effective application in the education industry.Taking the relevant theories of new media marketing as the starting point and taking XH Education Company as an example,this paper firstly combs the relevant theories of new media marketing,expounds the 4P marketing theory and 4I marketing theory,and introduces the relevant analysis tools.Secondly,from a macro point of view,porter’s five Forces model is used to analyze the marketing environment of the enterprise,and SWOT system analysis is carried out on the enterprise itself.Then,through internal interviews,the problems existing in XH Education company’s use of new media for marketing are summarized.Finally,combined with the enterprise’s own situation,the strategy of XH Education Company using new media for marketing is proposed,and the implementation of marketing strategy is guaranteed from the aspects of the formation of marketing team,the formulation of marketing plan,the implementation of marketing strategy and risk control.For enterprises to accurately and effectively carry out new media marketing,in the context of the rapid development of new media technology to seize the development opportunities,to provide advantages and competitiveness for the long-term development of enterprises toprovide help,but also for similar enterprises in the new media marketing innovation to provide some ideas and reference. |
