Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Spirit Under The Background Of "Double Innovation"

Since Premier Li Keqiang first publicly called for “public entrepreneurship and innovation” at the Davos Forum in the summer of 2014,all parts of the country have actively responded to the call,and different industries have effectively promoted the“double creation”work at the same time,which means the “double creation era”Has arrived.Social and economic development and progress have brought new opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial spirit.The research and practice of cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit of college students under the background of “double innovation” should keep pace with the times,keep innovating,and explore a training method that is more suitable for this generation of college students.This article mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,and inductive reasoning method to study the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial spirit in the context of “double creation ”,and takes “college students’ entrepreneurial spirit cultivation ”as the research object,grasps the status quo through empirical research,and objectively analyses The problems and causes that arise in the process of cultivating entrepreneurship among college students,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and guidance.Specifically,the research focuses on the following three aspects:First,this article explains the connotation of “entrepreneurship”,“entrepreneurial spirit”,and “cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit of college students”,and proposes the main content of entrepreneurial spirit cultivation of college students,including entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial ideals,environmental analysis and opportunity recognition awareness,and strategies for continuous innovation.Three aspects of thinking.The cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial spirit has three characteristics: clear directionality,progressive levels and positive orientation.Its theoretical basis includes the theory of human’s all-round development and personality development,and the “double creation” theory in the new era.Secondly,through a questionnaire survey,this article investigates the cultivation of the entrepreneurial spirit of four “double first-class” universities in Chengdu,Sichuan University,University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,and Southwest Jiaotong University.The survey results show that the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit in colleges and universities has achieved certain results,and the tendency of Chinese college students’ interest in innovation and entrepreneurship has gradually increased;universities have launched various “double innovation” activities;and the establishment of an entrepreneurial spirit curriculum has an initial system.However,the following problems still need to be improved: students’ enthusiasm is not high and their will is not firm;the entrepreneurial spirit cultivation system of universities is not perfect;government policy support is not in place;and the social security system is incomplete.Finally,this article analyzes the current situation and reasons for the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit of college students,provides scientific theoretical guidance for the development of practical and effective entrepreneurial spirit cultivation strategies,and improves the effectiveness of the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit for college students.First,we must clarify that the goal of cultivating college students ’ entrepreneurial spirit in the context of “double innovation” is to stimulate college students’ entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative thinking,cultivate their entrepreneurial personality and entrepreneurial normative consciousness,and improve their entrepreneurial abilities and entrepreneurial qualities.Second,we must adhere to the basic principles in the process of cultivating entrepreneurship,including the principle of combining theory with practice,and the principle of combining personality development with comprehensive development.Third,further improve the entrepreneurial spirit cultivation system by optimizing the entrepreneurial spirit to cultivate a soft environment and enhance the entrepreneurial spirit to cultivate hard power.Colleges and governments should jointly build a “national-local-university”three-level teacher training system,establish a comprehensive entrepreneurship training curriculum system,actively use social media,pay attention to the role of student organizations,and enable colleges,governments,society,and individual college students Both can participate in the cultivation of the entrepreneurial spirit and work together to improve the entrepreneurial spirit cultivation system with universities as the main body.
