Nowadays the college students are no longer unfamiliar with the term "entrepreneur". Talking about Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Robin Li who are such famous entrepreneur celebrities, they have lots of words to say. With the increase of diverse job-choice for university graduates and the substantial support from the country for entrepreneurship, more and more students have focus their attention on entrepreneurship and joined the venture.In this context, the author regards the research, which is to study how to design communication strategies, how to screen the knowledge, how to determine the communication channels and how to design the communication activities scientifically and effectively, will ensure that the college student entrepreneurs will avoid detours and gain sound and rapid development in venture.The research is held under the guidance of development communication and the diffusion of innovation theory, participatory communication theory and the proliferation of non-central theory, and the author devides the students into3parts according to the degree of the entrepreneurial attitude, and then chooses3representative types of samples (random-chosen university students, Jiaotong University entrepreneurial college students, SOE volunteers which serves as third-party project members) according to the main Shanghai university students conditions. This research method focuses on questionnaire inquiry to measure whether the communication contents are proper, the communication channels are rich, the communication activities are active.The theoretical significance of this article is the systematic carding of the common groups of Shanghai university student entrepreneurs in recent years, the analysis of the current situation and problems of entrepreneurship spread among university students, and the suggestion that it is more effective to design such contents as expertise and entrepreneurship policies, such activities as interview training, entrepreneurship simulation learning from the overall consideration of entrepreneurial aspirations and attitudes of the different groups of entrepreneurs,Thus the article will has theoretical value and practical significance for encouraging more university students to join the venture and run it scientifically.
