At present, with the rapid development of football in the world, the rhythm of offensive and defensive transition in football matches is getting faster and faster, and the degree of physical and psychological confrontation is becoming more and more intense. This raises questions about the physical function and personal special ability of football players.New requirements.Among the various physical qualities, from the perspective of the specific characteristics of football, the most important is speed.Speed is the basis for realizing fast play of the whole team and individuals, and is the prerequisite and guarantee for athletes to always maintain high competitive ability in the game. The research focus of this article-football specific displacement speed,is one of the specific expressions of football specific speed.According to the general sports training theory, the improvement of the athlete’s displacement speed requires greater load intensity during training. The U12-year-old woman is in a sensitive period of speed quality development, and increasing her special displacement speed at this stage has far-reaching significance for her future development. However,in the U12-year-old women’s football special displacement speed training, the relationship between load intensity and training effect is currently not clear.Exploring the influence of different load intensities on the training effect can enrich the theoretical research on U12-year-old women’s football special displacement speed training. It can also provide a theoretical reference for the setting of load intensity in U12-year-old women’s soccer youth training. The research purpose of this article is to explore the influence of different load intensity on the special displacement speed of U12-year-old female football players. This article uses literature data method, interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistical analysis method, comparative analysis method, and logical analysis method.Women’s football players aged 11 to 12 conducted group experiments to explore the influence of different load intensities on their football specific displacement speed.Divide the experimental subjects into 3groups,and set the corresponding three load intensity intervals,respectively80%-85%,85%-90%,90%-95%(average load intensity in percentage of maximum heart rate),pass After 12 weeks of training, scientific mathematical statistical analysis was performed on the test data before and after each group ofexperiments, and the following conclusions were finally drawn after combining with relevant physiological theories:(1)In the training to improve the special displacement speed of U12-year-old women’s football, combining the special characteristics and adding sensitive, coordinated, and strength training content can make the U12-year-old female football player’s special displacement speed appear increasing.(2)In the special displacement speed training for U12-year-old women’s football, each training applies an average load intensity of 80%-95% of the maximum heart rate to the players, which can have a positive impact on the players’ special displacement speed ability, that is,three sets of experiments The subject’s football specific displacement speed capabilities all show increasing characteristics, which further shows that the improvement of U12-year-old women’s football specific displacement speed is in line with the general sports training law.Through the analysis of the test item data after the experiment,it is found that the training effects of the three groups corresponding to the divided training intensity percentage intervals have the characteristics of growth. The main reason for this phenomenon is that in the experimental training, the set load intensity is sufficient to stimulate the athlete’s body to make the body function excessively recover and increase the body’s athletic ability.(3)In U12-year-old women’s football special displacement speed training, among the three training load intensity intervals, the intensity interval with the best training effect is the average load intensity of 85%-90% of the maximum heart rate. From the perspective of general training, speed quality training usually uses about 85% of the load intensity.Excessive training load intensity in football specific displacement speed training will cause the body to produce sports fatigue, which is not conducive to the recovery of athletes’ physical functions. As a result, the training effect is not ideal, and the too low training load intensity is not enough to stimulate the athlete’s body deeply,so the potential of physical function cannot be fully tapped. In view of the above conclusions,it is recommended to adopt a comprehensive sensitivity, coordination, and strength training method in the special displacement speed training of U12-year-old women’s football, and set the average training load intensity to 85%-90% of the maximum heart rate. |
