Research On The Employability Training System Of College Students

With the continuous reform of China’s economic system and education system,which makes it particularly important to improve the employability of college students to meet the needs of the society and enterprises.This research summarizes the elements of college students’ employability through consulting relevant literature,and takes Jinzhou city of Liaoning province as the research area,and takes Jinzhou university-enterprise joint training platform as the research object,analyzes the organizational structure,operation mechanism and operation of the System,and summarizes some characteristics different from the traditional training System,including a series of system innovations,innovation of training subjects with equal status between enterprises and universities,innovation of enterprise-team system,platform-student system,project-group system and simulated entrepreneurship training method.Compared with the traditional System,the university alliance System has made a series of progress.Through the analysis of operation data statistics,questionnaire survey data statistics and interview survey feedback information,it concludes that the university alliance System has some advantages,mainly in training practical operation ability,increasing social experience and correcting university students’ job-seeking values,but it also exposes some problems existing in the university alliance System,focusing on daily management,training effect and labor-capital conflicts,which can be summarized as the system is not perfect and operation management needs to be strengthened.This study comprehensively considers the shortcomings of the university alliance System and the traditional System,and tries to propose several solutions to strengthen the platform organization,management and supervision,deepen the integration of the first class and the second class,encourage students to participate in science and technology,academic competitions and strengthen the construction of employment channels for college students,so as to ensure the improvement of college students’employability and build a more scientific,feasible and effective training System for college students’ employability.
