In the Post Crisis Era, many enterprises have not fully gotten rid of hit of the economiccrisis, so they can not absorb a lot of employment and employment situation is still grim.college students’ employment problem is also increasingly prominent. On the one hand, collegestudents is hard to find a job when choosing career, on the other hand when unit of choose andemployers are hard to find employees. College students’ employment problem, is influenced byChina’s socialist market economy and the development of higher education, and by collegestudents themselves employability. Improving College Student Employability can helpgovernment solve problems of college students’ employment. It concerns the family’s happinessand hope, the sustained and healthy development of the higher education, national economicconstruction and social stability. In our country few scholars officially introduced the conceptof "Employability", the research about the operation of the College Student Employabilitywould be much less. Through the study of the evaluation system of College StudentEmployability, this dissertation will provide new ideas for the solution of the problem ofcollege students’ employment.Based on related researches at home and abroad, this dissertation synthetically use theoriesand methods, like Screening Hypothesis, Employment Theory, Ability Theory, the EvaluationTheory and the Analytic Network Process, and study College Student Employability problemsfrom the following four aspects:The first part is the connotation of the concept definition. On the basis of reviewing relatedliterature about College Student Employability at home and abroad, we define the concept andcharacteristics of College Student Employability, put forward to the presupposition as well asthe model of concept of the study, so as to lay a solid foundation for further research.Secondly, Filtering factors that affect College Student Employability. the key of collegestudents employment is if employing units are willing to receive, so we investigate the factorsbased on the standard of employer receiving college students. Based on this point, the authorselect representative employing units in Shandong province as the survey samples, andimplement two rounds of questionnaire survey. According to the agreed percentage and score ofimportant degree, we filter influencing factors that affect College Student Employability. Thirdly, the index system construction. Use SPSS17.0statistical software for factoranalysis. On this basis, This dissertation builds the evaluation system of College StudentEmployability which including two first-level indexes (dominant index and recessive index),basic situation, family status etc.6secondary indexes and23three level indexes. Consideringthe complexity of the decision problems, this dissertation use ANP and Super Decision SDstatistical software to give each index weight, to make the evaluation system of CollegeStudents Employability from theory into practice.Fourthly, the empirical research. The author makes evaluation of College StudentEmployability, using9universities of Jinan as example. According to the evaluation results,combined with conclusion of each index weight, we can make correlation analysis and lock the"short board". In allusion to the critical value points, build the quaternity power mode ofCollege Students Employability including government, schools, enterprises and Collegestudents.
