School-enterprise alliance is an innovative mode of integrated development of industry,University and research,and an effective way to promote the structural reform of the supply side of higher education.To form alliances between universities and enterprises,realize complementary advantages,share resources,and achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation is conducive to promoting cooperation between universities and enterprises in training applied talents,promoting scientific and technological innovation and transformation of achievements,and further promoting economic and social development.However,as the school-enterprise alliance is still in its infancy,there are still many problems in its operation and management,which need to be solved urgently.Taking the University-Enterprise alliance of X University as the research object,this paper investigates and analyses the current situation and problems of the operation and management of the University-Enterprise alliance of X University by means of interviews and questionnaires,and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.The research contents are as follows:The first chapter summarizes the relevant theoretical issues of school-enterprise alliance,starting with the concept and connotation of "school-enterprise alliance",and summarizes the relevant theoretical content of school-enterprise alliance,such as cooperation subject,cooperation will,cooperation mode,theoretical basis,operation mechanism and effect evaluation.The second chapter takes the University-Enterprise alliance of X University as an example,through interviews and questionnaires,empirically investigates the operation and management status of the University-Enterprise alliance and the practice status of students participating in the University-Enterprise alliance,in order to analyze the problems existing in the operation and management of the University-Enterprise alliance.Chapter three summarizes the main problems encountered in the operation and management of the University-Enterprise alliance in which X University participates,including the low willingness of the two sides to cooperate,the single mode of cooperation,the lack of a reasonable coordination guarantee mechanism and the lack of evaluation of the operation effect of the University-Enterprise alliance;and makes an analysis of the reasons from the government,schools and enterprises.Chapter four puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems and causes in the operation and management of the University-Enterprise alliance in which X University participates,such as the government guides both sides of the University-Enterprise alliance to enhance their willingness to cooperate and achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation;both sides of the University-Enterprise alliance participate in personnel training to promote the overall development of the University-Enterprise alliance;and establish an effective benefit coordination mechanism to enable all parties of the University-Enterprise alliance to obtain reasonable benefits.Benefit;Establish relevant organizations for effect evaluation,constantly improve the quality of development of school-enterprise alliance,and provide reference for promoting the development of school-enterprise alliance.
