| In recent years,cheerleading has developed rapidly in our country.The teams that represent our country to participate in the world championships of cheerleading have fallen behind in the flower ball competition,and there is a big gap between them and the international strong teams,which are mainly manifested in the arrangement of complete sets of movements and technical skills.The implementation and teamwork ability of the three aspects are prominently reflected in the difficulty of turning type lags behind the needs of the international development of the project.This article takes the top six of the 2017-2019 Cheerleading World Championships collective flower ball and the Chinese team’s complete set of movements as the research object,using the literature data method,video observation method,comparative analysis method,and expert interview method,Mathematical statistical method,comparative analysis and research on the completion form,completion quality,difficulty arrangement situation,etc.of difficult turning movements,the research shows that:(1)In terms of the form of difficulty completion of the turning type,the difficulty of the in-situ single turning type is mainly to suck the leg,other difficult movements are relatively scarce,and the selection of such movements for excellent teams is greatly reduced;the difficulty of the in-situ compound turning type is mainly The combination of Ala’s C-bar+leg-sucking turning difficulty and this form of innovation are the mainstays.The Japanese and American teams have obvious advantages.This type of action is where the Chinese team is currently weak.The participating teams of the mobile turning difficulty category only use the flat turn.The Japanese team joined Kneeling for the first time in 2019,and the form is relatively simple.(2)In terms of the quality of turning difficulty completion,the Japanese and American teams have outstanding advantages in completion consistency,turning speed and turning posture control;Chinese athletes generally have insufficient leg height and heel drop in the turning posture.Irregularities,the turning speed is mainly done at a uniform speed,and there are shortcomings in the fast turning,which is quite different from the excellent team.(3)In terms of the difficulty arrangement of the twisting category,the number of outstanding teams is dominated by large groups;attention is paid to the difficulty of the beginning and the end of the period;the form of action connection is changeable,and the sense of spatial hierarchy is strong.The number of people completed by the Chinese team is mostly done in small groups;the movements are evenly distributed in each period without outstanding performance;the connection of movements is mainly based on the difficulty of exercise and jumping.The space structure is thin,and there is room for greater improvement and innovation. |
