Research On The Choreography Of Team Cheer Freestyle Pom In The Three World Cheerleading Championships From 2017 To 2019

Cheerleading is a new sport reflecting team consciousness and collectivism spirit.In 2016,the IOC recognized cheerleading as a temporary Olympic sport,marking a broader development platform and Prospect of cheerleading.In 2001,cheerleading events were introduced into our country.With the popularization and promotion of the General Administration of sport of China,cheerleading sports teams have developed rapidly.More and more Cheerleading Sports Teams have emerged in various competitions.Since the adoption of the international version of Cheerleading Competition Rules in 2014,China's representative teams have achieved excellent results in the world cheerleading Championships in hip-hop dance,jazz and duet events,while the results of the earliest introduced,fastest popularized and most acceptable team cheer freestyle pom events are unsatisfactory,so far,they have not entered the top six.Therefore,by using the methods of literature,video analysis and comparative analysis,this paper makes a comparative analysis of 20 sets of actions of the top six teams and Chinese teams in the three world cheerleading Championships 2017-2019 from the aspects of basic hand position,technical skills,formation and space of the whole set of actions,aiming to explore the creation and action skills of the whole set of actions in the team cheer freestyle pom the development trend of skill selection and the advantages and disadvantages of each team.It can provide direction and ideas for coaches and athletes in their design and daily training.The conclusion is as follows: 1.Among the top six teams of the three world cheerleading Championships 2017-2019,Japan,the United States and Mexico are always in the top three positions.They have higher difficulty coefficient and completion quality in selecting actions,rich and smooth transformation of space level and formation,and more outstanding highlights than the complete arrangement of teams from the fourth to the sixth.There is a certain gap between the use of basic hand position and rotation movement and the top six teams in the complete arrangement of our country.2.In terms of the use of basic hand positions,13 types of basic hand positions are involved in the three world cheerleading Championships 2017-2019.The use rate of T-type action is the highest,from 255 times in the 2018 competition;the second is V-type,H-type and A-type actions with obvious symmetry and stratification effect.In terms of completion,the number of changes in complete sets of movements of each team increased,and the frequency of changes in movements accelerated.Especially,from 2017 to 2019,the Japanese team increased the number of complete sets of movements by 5 * 8 beats in the same time,and compared with other teams,the arm force,brake and route were more accurate and consistent,and the visual effect was cleaner and orderly.3.In terms of technical skills and movements,the difficulty of skills and the arrangement form tend to be more difficult and diversified.It is shown in the increase of the use of reflexive movements in jumping skills;the difficulty movement of rotation gradually tends to be completed by the collective members,especially the Japanese team presents a new combination of vertical transfer and kneeling;the choice of somersault gradually tends to the somersault type of multi-person participation;the use of balance and flexibility gradually decreases,but the presentation of each team There are different ways.Each team of the lifting and cooperative action innovates the shape and the up and down method of the lifting from different angles.4.In terms of space utilization,the application of each team in multi-layer space is more reasonable,and the form of formation scheduling and transformation is more rich and ingenious.The frequency of space conversion increased,especially in B + C space and flow formation.Among them,the Japanese team has fast changing frequency and strong mobility;the American team is better at changing at the spatial level.5.In other aspects,1-2 kinds of colors corresponding to the national flag are mostly used in the clothing,with sequins or striped bright colors as embellishment,and the long sleeve one-piece short skirt is the most popular style;on the props,the versatile white pom,flesh colored dance shoes and dished hair without accessories are mostly used to highlight the youthful vitality and positive spirit.The use of props and pom tends to be diversified,and is no longer limited to the arrangement of holding pom with both hands,With the help of exaggerating facial expressions and increasing the range of movements,the expressive force makes the whole set of movements more agitating and infectious,which adds to the excellent arrangement of the whole set.
