Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Football Teachers In Football Schools Of Xiangxi Prefecture

In August 2015,the Ministry of Education issued the "opinions on speeding up the Development of Youth Campus Football ",which focused on strengthening the construction of teachers,training teachers in various ways,strengthening the construction of physical education majors,encouraging students to learn football special and auxiliary items,and training more football teachers to meet the needs of youth campus football development.As the organizer,implementer and promoter of campus football,football teachers play a mainstay role in promoting the development of Chinese football and expanding the youth football population.However,there are still many difficulties in the construction of campus football teachers in our country,the development of the region is not balanced,and the construction of the teaching staff lags behind,especially in the remote and poor areas.Based on the literature,field investigation,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical deduction,this paper analyzes the predicament of football teachers in Xiangxi football schools,discusses the internal and external causes of the difficulties in the construction of football teachers in Xiangxi football schools,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,It provides reference and theoretical basis for the construction of football teachers in Xiangxi football characteristic school.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the results of the study:Xiangxi dilemma of football teachers team construction:(1)football teachers structure is unreasonable,(2)football special talent introduction is not enough,leading to insufficient special teachers,(3)football teachers continuing education opportunities,influence the football teachers continuing education learning factors,(4)investment,football teachers enthusiasm,(5)did not establish a sound training mechanism,imperfect organization,(6)field equipment is not perfect,and the teaching environment is limited.Promote the construction of football characteristic school football teachers difficulties put forward the following countermeasures:(1)optimize the structure of football teachers,increase training,training,(2)football special talent introduction plan,expand talent channels,(3)expand training scale and change management concept,strengthen the importance of leadership,(4)increase investment,funds in place,(5)establish a sound training mechanism and management mechanism,(6)improve the equipment facilities,football teachers should play the initiative.
