Marxism holds that human beings realize their free and comprehensive development in the process of realizing their own survival and development by applying their own abilities to practical activities.In the Internet era,people’s life and all aspects of society have undergone tremendous changes,bringing new challenges to people’s ability to survive and develop.If you want to survive in the society,you must carry out the reconstruction of ability to fit the development of The Times,otherwise the two will be out of touch and hinder the progress of the society.School education,as the main way to cultivate people,should start from real people and cultivate students’ ability to meet the needs of the Internet era,so as to promote the free and comprehensive development of real people."Internet+education" is an education form put forward following the social characteristics and needs of the information age.It is to further improve the teaching mode and management mode of education through the Internet,so as to build a new educational ecological system and improve the deficiencies of traditional education.Music education as an important part of the all-round development of people and under the background of "Internet+education",the elementary school music education should also comply to,comply with the social development of classroom teaching reform,but the "Internet+" applied research in primary school music class is relatively lack,therefore,this thesis has certain exploring significance.In this paper,from the Angle of classroom teaching under the background of"Internet+education" primary school music education reform to explore,mainly divides into three parts,the first part,mainly discusses the importance of the Internet technology for teaching reform,this paper briefly describes the technical innovation and the development of teaching reform and the impact of the Internet technology to the education teaching reform.In the second part,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the classroom teaching status of primary school music teachers in Changsha City and towns of Hunan Province under the background of "Internet+" music education,and an in-depth analysis was made on the results.The third part mainly discusses the integration of "Internet+" and primary school music classroom teaching,and puts forward the reform path from four aspects:teaching concept,teaching mode,teaching content and teaching evaluation.
