| Since the reform and opening up in the last century,China’s social economy has entered the track of high quality and high speed development.In order to cultivate labor,professional and skilled talents,secondary vocational education bears the heavy responsibility of improving national quality and promoting employment,and is full of great opportunities and challenges.In the process of cultivating secondary vocational students,secondary vocational head teachers should not only educate students,be responsible for managing class activities,but also pay attention to students’ life and mental health,so secondary vocational head teachers are an important guarantee for students’ growth and development.According to the summary of a large number of policies and regulations and other literature,the author found that although there are many measures to encourage secondary class teachers,there are still some problems in the implementation process,and there are many unsatisfactory aspects.Therefore,the author,from the perspective of school administrators,rearranges and optimizes the incentive measures of the head teachers in secondary vocational schools,so as to improve the overall quality and professional level of the head teachers,which will have certain reference value for improving the incentive measures of the head teachers.This paper surveys some secondary vocational schools in Dazhou,Sichuan and Guangxi in the form of questionnaire and interview,and finds that there is a great space for optimizing the incentive measures in many secondary vocational schools.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and optimization measures for the reference of managers.In the introduction part,it firstly expounds the topic of why to choose the optimization research of the incentive measures for head teachers in secondary vocational schools in three aspects,and introduces the purpose,significance,ideas and methods of the research,and then summarizes the research status quo of the incentive measures for head teachers in secondary vocational schools at home and abroad.The first part is the main theoretical basis of this paper.The concepts of middle vocational education,head teacher and incentive as well as foreign related incentive theories have prepared the theoretical basis for the optimization of the incentive mechanism of head teacher in secondary vocational schools.The second part analyzes the types of incentive measures for head teachers in current secondary vocational schools,and mainly introduces and evaluates the measures from four aspects: title evaluation,advanced evaluation,post allowance and job performance.The third part,through the questionnaire survey and personal interview to some secondary vocational schools in Dazhou,Sichuan and Guangxi,in the form of empirical analysis of the basic presentation of the questionnaire,the importance of the teacher in charge of secondary vocational schools incentive measures evaluation and incentive measures presented the main shortcomings are expounded and studied.In the fourth part,the problems existing in the incentive measures of class teachers in secondary vocational schools are sorted out and classified,and the causes are analyzed in combination with relevant incentive theoretical knowledge to pave the way for the next optimization countermeasures.The fifth part,through the previous theoretical analysis and the comprehensive summary of the questionnaire,puts forward the overall idea of optimizing the incentive measures of the head teacher in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward the optimized countermeasures from the government,the school and the head teacher.The sixth part summarizes the thesis and points out the shortcomings of the thesis and the next step. |
