Labor education is the basic requirement for carrying out the Party’s educational policy in an all-round way.Family labor education plays a direct and important role in the formation of students’ outlook on life and habits.Through the study of family labor education,on the one hand,it helps to enrich the content and form of labor education,explore the effective path of labor education,on the other hand,it helps to strengthen the concept of family labor education and prevent the lack of labor education.Family labor education is of great significance for increasing students’ labor experience,fully recognizing the positive effect of labor on talent training,enhancing parents’ cognition of labor education and promoting students’ comprehensive development.However,at present,some families do not have strong awareness of their children’s family labor education,and there are great differences in the situation of labor education under different family backgrounds.This needs to lead parents to pay attention to labor education,enhance children’s labor awareness,master certain labor skills.This study focuses on the labor education of primary school students from different family backgrounds.According to Marx’s theory of all-round development of human beings and the origin of labor in education,the labor dimension of primary school students is summarized and divided into four categories:labor cognition,labor emotion,labor will and labor behavior.Adopt questionnaire investigation and interview method,this paper from the family background,parents know the situation of labor education to the school,parents expectations of children and family education content,family labor education this five aspects to investigate the method of elementary school students the status quo of domestic labor education,research,analyze,pupils how family labor education by the family economic conditions,cultural status,family structure,parents’ education,and based on the problems and influence factors to analyze the causes,and put forward the strategy to solve the problem.This study randomly selected parents from three primary schools as the research object.Through descriptive analysis and interviews,the problems of family labor education are reflected in the following four aspects: First,some family labor education concepts are improper;Second,part of the family labor education practice is missing;Thirdly,some parents’ educational methods are unreasonable.Fourth,the lack of effective cooperation between home and school.At the same time,the formation of the above problems and the main reasons for the analysis,the research results show that the primary school family labor education is affected by students’ personality characteristics,family environment and school three aspects of the factors.Among them,the gender of children,the educational level of parents and the family structure of these three factors have the greatest influence on the labor education of primary school students.Specifically speaking,firstly,the factors affecting labor cognition are the education level of parents,the occupation of parents,the age of parents and the family structure;Second,the influencing factors of labor emotion are children’s grade,family structure,family relationship and school environment.Thirdly,the factors affecting the will to work are the gender of children,the number of children in a family,the educational level of parents and the age of parents.Fourth,the factors that influence labor behavior are family income,parents’ relatives and school environment.In view of the problems and the causes of formation,finally put forward the relevant optimization strategies: first,to update the concept of family education,enhance The Times of primary school labor education;Second,improve and enrich the content of labor practice,cultivate children’s interest in labor;Thirdly,improve the method of family labor education and enhance the effectiveness of primary school students’ labor education;Fourth,optimize the environment of labor education,strengthen the infectivity of primary school labor education.This article has carried on the thorough and meticulous research to the pupil different family background of the labor education,has carried on the research to the pupil family labor education present situation;From the perspective of family background,this paper probes into the influencing factors of primary school students’ family labor education and analyzes the causes of the problems.At last,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies and provides the implementation measures for the effective development of family labor education. |
