Early childhood science education is an important field of kindergarten education, the effectiveness of the implementation of early childhood science education directly affects the quality of kindergarten education, the quality of teacher-child interaction in the science education activities in kindergarten is the key to the success of children’s science education. But the research on teacher-child interaction in the science education activities in kindergarten is quite weak, and the status in the education practice is not optimistic. Therefore, the research on teacher-child interaction in the science education activities in kindergarten is of great significance.The paper based on the actual kindergarten science education activities, By adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.I used the CLASS assessment system as a research tool, observed18video samples of science education activities, and analysis the data in SPSS19.0,Then I done case analysis about the collected data on the basis of ten largest dimension of the CLASS system. To investigate the situation of teacher-child interaction based on the scientific education activities in the kindergarten. To discuss the influential factors of teacher-child interaction based on the scientific education activities in the kindergarten. Finally, I put forward some feasible suggestions on the perspective of CLASS assessment system to improve teacher-child interaction based on the scientific education activities in the kindergarten.
