In recent years.the national level has paid a lot of attention to the development of ideological and political education.However,the ideological and political education in the basic education stage has gradually been formalized,and the course "Morality and the law" has many drawbacks in its implementation.At the same time,with the rapid development of education informatization,in order to solve the contradictions and problems that occurred in the implementation of the"Morality and the law" course.so as to achieve The teaching effect is optimized,online and offline mixed teaching models have appeared in school teaching with new roles,.This study takes Yinchuan A Primary School as a case,mainly using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and classroom observation method.First,it discusses the research background,research purpose and research significance,and defines the core concepts of teaching mode,online and offline mixed teaching,and online and offline mixed teaching mode,based on Kohberg’s moral development stage theory,Piaget’s constructivist learning theory and Maslow’s humanistic learning theory,this paper analyzes domestic and foreign literatures respectively to clarify the research content,research methods and research ideas.Secondly,from the seven aspects of curriculum positioning,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,curriculum resource development and utilization,and teacher team building,the current situation of the implementation of the "Morality and the law" curriculum in the Higher stage of A primary school is investigated,and the results are obtained through analysis Insufficient attention to the curriculum,insufficient explanation of teaching content,insufficient use of teaching methods,single teaching evaluation method,low realization of teaching goals,insufficient development and utilization of school resources,and low level of teachers and teachers,etc.Policy support for the "Rule of Law" curriculum,the construction of a new teaching model combined with offline teaching,the development of local"Morality and the law" curriculum resources,the formulation of standardized teacher training mechanisms and other solutions.Thirdly,on the basis of constructing the online and offline hybrid teaching model,this paper selects the "Chinese Family Family" lesson as the teaching content,carries out the online and offline hybrid teaching design,and tries to use the online and offline hybrid teaching model to solve the existing problems.Finally,implement the online and offline mixed teaching practice of "Chinese Nation One Family",systematically analyze the teaching practice effects and problems from the five aspects of teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and teacher level,and draw the teaching results separately.The improvement of content mastery,the diversification of teaching methods,the diversification of teaching evaluation methods,and the increase in the realization of teaching goals,and the difficulty of online and offline hybrid teaching reforms,lack of online and offline hybrid teaching capabilities,and online and offline hybrid teaching Based on practical problems such as strong subjectivity in teaching evaluation and urgent need to update students’ learning concepts,we propose to provide supporting support for online and offline hybrid teaching reforms,attach importance to online and offline hybrid teaching and training services for teachers,and establish online and offline hybrid teaching and training services.Teaching evaluation mechanism and feasible paths for cultivating students’ good autonomous learning habits,with a view to improving the applicability and standardization of the online and offline hybrid teaching model in the application of the "Morality and the law" course in the upper elementary school,and promote ideological and political education in the basic education stage Good development of education.
