In this study, through the issuance of open-ended questionnaire and the extractionof word frequency questionnaire using self Employment Pressure,while using theResilience Scale and overall well-being scale, eight institutions in Harbin, the fourthgrade to junior year in college and university students mainly conduct an investigation.Multi-factor analysis of variance method of processing data of university studentsemployment pressure, mental flexibility, and the difference of subjective well-being.Frequency statistics and interval estimation of college students job stress, mentalflexibility, as well as the status quo of subjective well-being. A modeling approachvalidated Students job stress, mental flexibility as well as relations between thetheoretical model of subjective well-being.The results show that:(1) In general, the pressure on employment of girls thanboys;(2) Gender and whether the student leaders between the two variables interacted:not the cadres of the boys felt the pressure on employment in the Employmentcognitive dimension to be significantly higher than boys of the cadres, the cadres offemale students in the employment of cognitive"feel the employment pressure on thedimension to be significantly higher than the male student leaders;(3) In theemployment pressure on the total scores the cadres student ratio is not a cadre ofstudents feel the pressure on employment;(4) On the total score of psychologicalflexibility, work experience students to the level of mental flexibility is higher than thatdid not workexperience of students;(5) On the total score of subjective happiness,work experience students subjective well-being better than no work experiencestudents; science and engineering students in general feel more happy than the Historyand Philosophy class students;(6) Part of the mediating effect of psychologicalflexibility in the Employment Pressure and SWB;(7) Mental flexibility for themediating variables of Employment Pressure and subjective happiness theory of therelations between the model validation set up. |
