China’s Urban Community Culture Construction On The Study Of The Problem

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Communist Party of China put forward the goal of building a harmonious society, and the community is the basic structure of the city, building a harmonious society can not be separated to a harmonious community. In the Party’s17large and17Sixth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee, Our Party has made a clear strengthening of cultural reform and has promoted cultural development of important instructions. Community culture is the foundation of social and public culture, community culture have a direct impact on social stability and national cultural development. At the same time, community cultural development is an important aspect of community building which is to promote community spirit civilization construction, and which is an important measure to enhance the quality of residents. With the rapid development of our society, community cultural development achieved some success, but we must also see the cultural construction in the community still have some pressing issues, such as leadership and community workers understand the community culture construction narrowly, enthusiasm of community residents is not enough, the lack of community cultural development management system of protection, if not solve these problems, in addition to be bad for community cultural development, the final will also affect the construction of harmonious society. This article focuses on the Marxist theory of cultural construction, analyzing the cultural construction of community problems deeply, and reasons for the problems put forward some constructive practical measures to achieve the goal of a harmonious community.
