Ideological and theoretical education is the foundation and necessary link of civic education,and strengthening theoretical study is an important way to enhance the ideological and theoretical literacy of all party members and improve the party’s ability to govern and its advanced nature.With the development of Internet technology and the popularization of mobile terminals,digital and mobile network learning has become a new way for people to receive education,and the traditional theoretical education model urgently needs to be transformed according to the situation.The official launch of the "Learning Power" in the major mobile application markets is a brand new attempt to target party members and popularize the ideological and theoretical education model of the masses under the new situation.At the same time,all kinds of online mobile application software derive an endless stream of new gameplay in order to grab users’ limited time and attention,and people’s time to actively receive theoretical education will inevitably be affected.In this context,the online theoretical education platform represented by the "Learning Power" is facing challenges such as how to attract more potential users,retain existing users,how to increase the frequency of user use,and to achieve effective learning,that is,to enhance "Learning Power" user stickiness issues.Therefore,this article takes " Learning Power " as the research object,explores and demonstrates the specific factors that affect user stickiness from the perspective of user stickiness,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies for online theoretical education platforms based on empirical conclusions.Specifically,this research takes rational behavior theory and planned behavior theory as the research theoretical basis,based on the technology acceptance model and combined with the use characteristics of "Learning Power",and proposes a "Learning Power" user stickiness influencing factor theoretical model.In order to verify the validity of the theoretical model and research hypothesis,based on the 312 valid sample data obtained from the questionnaire survey,the structural equation model analysis method was used to verify the path relationship between the variables.At the same time,the correlation between some factors and user stickiness was also found through cross-analysis.The results show that there is a correlation between user characteristics and user stickiness,and user satisfaction,perceived usefulness,and subjective norms will directly affect user stickiness.The content quality,personalization,and socialization of the "Learning Power" indirectly affect user stickiness,and the three exist.Covariation relationship.In order to improve the user stickiness of the online theoretical education platform,it is necessary to fully follow the user habits cultivated in the era of mobile internet,take advantage of the convenience,real-time,and simplicity of mobile terminal applications to strengthen the construction and maintenance of mobile terminal applications.At the same time,as an education platform that is essentially a content-based product,improve content quality and service quality,and build a platform ecosystem to increase platform conversion costs.Of course,the use of a certain degree of coercive means will have an immediate effect on the user’s behavior,and this method cannot be given up until a solid sticky mechanism is not fully established.
